I have been looking forward to going here for over a year ,Today we went.The crab cakes came out and tasted like mushy tuna fish with a strong fishy smell ,we ordered clam chowder and it was cold not not loop warm but cold ,We then ordered the hog fish ,absolutely no seasoning.Pure disappointment The waitress was very nice ..

Food was excellent. Service was top notch. I loved that the management kept checking on the customers to see that they were serviced well. Bathrooms abd restaurant floors were clean too. I keep visiting this restaurant when I visit Dunedin.

Fresh oysters!!!! Try the key lime slaw. Not your ordinary slaw. Place is crowded so try a reservation. The food and service are awesome.

We eat here quite a bit , and recommend them to our AirBnb guests. They even cook up your freshly caught fish! Great food, prices, staff, and experience! They always treat my daughters like queens and they love it !

We had not been to Hog island in a few years and I have to say I was impressed. Food, drinks, service were all great and the staff seemed to work as a team which is unusual these days. Special shout out to the manager who may have been the most hands on manager I have seen in a long time. Great job guys!!

Excellent food, excellent service, and a nice atmosphere. We stopped in and decided to go with grouper. Both of us were impressed with the service and the food. The adult beverages were some of the best we've had in a while. This is a good find among other decent restaurants in the Dunedin area. We are glad we stopped in.

I ordered a Oyster Po' boy sandwich. It was the best I've had. I've had them in several places even New Orleans, this was best. We ordered smoked fish dip, excellent. Customer service was superior, didn't think I was in the US anymore. Jk.
My friend had the hog fish sliders he left nothing. The flavor of all the food was unique. If you are in Dunedin you must check it out.

Both the service and food were very good. Try the truffle grouper and fried grits. Both were excellent. Recommended!
