Ordered via Grubhub and payed online. Restaurant called me stating I would have to pay extra when I picked up or they would not give me my food I had already payed for. This place feels like a scam! Beware!

I ordered one sea food chow fun of $17.99 & one chicken pho of $12.99, and ordered one been pho of $12.99 for to go.

They gave me the bill of $56.72. When I asked, they said they automatically charge my credit card $10 for tip (without my authorization). The thing is they did not aware me about it until I ask. Plus, they continued to ask us for more tip on the top of $56.72 by giving me the bill with the line of tip to fill out. I was about to write down the tip more until I realize some thing wrong.

They did not refund and say sorry at least. Never be back again !!!

This place is amazing! They have a variety of dim sum, and I ordered several to try out. All of them were amazing! I'll recommend this place if you're craving dim sum!??

The restaurant's atmosphere is very nice. They're ready and willing to serve you and make your meal a delicious treat. The menu is quite extensive so if you are like me it's hard to decide which meal is for you. I've been there 3 - 4 times and have no complaints.

Phenomenal as always, been coming here for years and the service is personable and the food delicious. Some of the most consistent quality dim sum. Highly recommend the duck, shumai, snow pea tips and custard buns. If you want to change things up their Pho is flavorful and hearty. Perfect for when you are feeling a bit run down. Fran, Sandy and Paul recognize us every time and are so welcoming.

Update - we still love it here! I get the Thai dishes mostly but we still like to go for dim sum or pho. My daughter had the wonton soup dish last night with noodles and enjoyed it. Consistently delicious.

We love it here! It's our go to for Chinese or Pho if we are down in Dunedin. Dim Sum is available during the day and is super delicious. The pho is super tasty and everything seems to be homemade. My kids both love it as well. We have never had a bad meal here. Definitely recommend.

My favorite Dim Sum in Hillsborough or Pinellas County. The staff are friendly and attentive! They are always kind to us when we go, they even let my son have a slice of pizza when the staff got pizza from Costco for themselves. Their dim sum has never disappointed by always being cooked to perfection. Theyre dumplings and rolls are never under or overcooked or gummy. The right amount of QQ. Their chili oil sets them apart from all others in the area - its savory, garlicky, and just the right amount if heat. My go to when I am in the mood.

The beef and chicken pad thai is decent and their bun is good too but not a fan of the pork pad thai because they used red Chinese roast pork in it and it tasted terrible in it. Also if you ask for it spicy it's not spicy at all we had to add extra hot sauce into ours

I haven’t been to Halong bay for a long time and wanted to try it again. The most important thing people should know is that this is more of a Chinese restaurant than a Vietnamese restaurant. This is s called Ha long bay which represents cooking style from the Chinese and a little bit of northern Vietnam. Don’t expect it to be south Vietnamese style or middle Vietnamese.

When we went, the service was good and the restaurant was very clean. The food wasn’t bad but I am definitely more of a southern Vietnamese cuisine. The menu is very robust and they have duck on the menu.

We ordered the Ha long sampler which wasn’t bad but could dress it up a little bit with lettuce or some color. We ordered the Pho and Hu tuie. The broth was outstanding and not fatty. The food does cater to the American palette which is my wife. However, I am very picky about authentic Vietnamese cuisine which you can only find in a handful of places in the area.

However I would definitely recommend that you give them a try.
