Check your bill carefully! There’s a member of the staff that adds the tip without letting the customer know. It’s happened to me twice and also to a good friend of mine. Then they apologize but since it’s happened more than twice, I think this employee is doing it in purpose. Honesty is always appreciated.

my boyfriend and i literally come here at least once a week and it never disappoints. we’ve tried countless of pho spots and this one will always win. its so good. everyone here is so kind and sweet, they always try to make sure every table is happy with their food, the service is usually pretty quick unless they’re slammed but even then its no more than 15 minutes of waiting. i highly recommend, they have plenty of options to choose from and as a picky eater, i always choose...

The pho broth was absolutely delicious—one of the best I’ve ever had. I tasted it first before adding lime, basil, and plenty of Sriracha, and it was already full of flavor. The service was okay. It was only me and one other table around 3:15 pm, so it wasn’t busy. The server did forget my water, but that didn’t bother me since I usually don’t drink until after I finish eating.
