Aidan is the most gracious, efficient, professional, and caring server that I have experienced. Aidan is a master in personalized guest care, attentiveness ( just the right amount ) and operational excellence. Aidan should be working in a Michelin 5 star restaurant. Extraordinary server!

Went for lunch on a Saturday. Not busy. Waited 5 minutes at the door and finally the young man waited says “go look and see if there’s a table outside and if not come back in”.
We sat at an open table outside and he says he’ll bring some waters.
Ten minutes later, no waters, no service. We left.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from Jack Paulino‘s the first time they completely neglected to fill my order and I only got one item out of the two that I ordered. This time I ordered DoorDash and the Dasher was waiting out front for 30 minutes, trying to pick up my order. I had to end up calling Jack Paulino‘s and the only explanation I got was we are extremely busy. If Jack Paulino is too busy to fill orders, they should stop taking orders through DoorDash or any other food delivery service for that matter. I would recommend that no one order Takeout or food delivery from Jack Paulino‘s. It will be a nightmare.

Best Italian I've ever had... Pizza, wings, salad, garlic cheese bread. The crust on the pizza and the sauce were both amazing. The wings were cooked perfectly and the garlic park sauce was wet like it should be and tasted like heaven! The service was fabulous and the atmosphere was very inviting... Prices were average and comparable to other restaurants. We got a pizza, wings, garlic cheese bread and pumpkin cheesecake and spent about $75 with tip

Wow. They are one of the rudest establishments I've ever bought food from. They messed up my original order and then argued with me about a manager not being available to talk too. It's really sad they lost me and my friend's buisness over something so small. I spoke with someone named Nicole and I have no idea how she could even work there. One of the meanest people I've honestly ever spoken with. If you like to get treated horrible, this is the place for you!
