Ordered on line was told 15 minutes Turned out to be 25 Only two kids working One kid had a baseball cap on which is great when you’re making sandwiches The other kid who had A LOT of hair was wearing a visor! What good is a visor when all your hair is sticking out the top??

I want to give a big thank you to the team at Jersey Mike’s, especially Brian the manager. I had an issue with one of my recent orders, and not only did they listen to my feedback, but they went above and beyond to make it right. Brian was very professional and made sure I was taken care of, even remaking my sandwich.
Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what really matters is how a business responds—and Jersey Mike’s handled it perfectly. This is exactly why my family and I keep coming back every couple of weeks. The food is usually excellent, and now I can say their customer service is just as good.

Can you do something about the hair in the food??? This is nasty and obviously according to other reviews, this is a common occurrence.

My boyfriend and I ordered subs here last night. I got it delivered. Went to eat my chicken salad sub, and there were multiple clumps of hair in. It definitely will not go back to this location.
Roll dry and hard to chew, meat dry ... AND the potato chips stale. Sorry a waste of money

I just left after complaining. I ordered a club sub. It was basically a roast beef sandwich. I have a picture of it. I was told if you do not tell them to add mayonnaise and bacon they won't add. If I don't order it ? Since when. When you see the picture you'll be embarrassed.
