This is my first time trying this place. They have good coffee and excellent food, but the customer service is bad. The employees don't seem happy and they don't call you when your order is ready; they just leave it on the counter as if you were a mind reader.

I've been a regular for some time. Their coffee is good but the service is very hit-or-miss depending on who's working. In the last few weeks I've been given the wrong order 3 times. this morning I drove off without checking and realized the drink I was handed was only 3/4th full, ice melted and wrong flavor—can't be sure, but suspect that was someone's old drink. Unfortunately I think that just kicked my Kahwa habit.

From the start amazing the young lady who took my order yesterday morning around 9:30 was very kind. I ordered a turkey egg & cheese on a croissant & iced French vanilla latte & both were so delicious. SO GOOD!! Thanks for making my visit one to remember!!! I’ll be back again, soon.
