Every year when we are on the Florida Gulf Coast we dine at the Lucky Lobster at least 2 to 3 times. The lobster pie and lobster tacos are outstanding!

A little overpriced, service was a bit slow. Small glass shards on my plate. Ordered blackened grouper, definitely did not receive it blackened. Server was nowhere to be found after our food arrived, just runners and a manager that delivered our bill. I didn't care to be stuffed inside with all of the other families. It absolutely felt like we were being discriminated against because our group had 2 children.

We had the most amazing server she made sure our drinks were always full and must have come to our table 12 times in the 3 hours we were there! Thank you Mia our server for making our evening so enjoyable! Food was outstanding! We ordered all the appetizers as well as a couple lobster rolls that we all shared! The bill wasnt half of what we thought it would be plus tge live music was awesome! Great place for friends and family!!

I went to this location as a favor to a travel agent friend, who wanted a review of this restaurant. For the price they charge the food it was at best mediocre. The highlight of my visit was Jessica who was the hostess. She was warm, funny and very friendly. After that it was all downhill. The service was horrible. I thought maybe my server was overwhelmed with a large station, but that wasn’t the case not once did a manager come by my table and asked me if my food or experience was OK. I did see a gentleman standing at the hostess stand, but he never seated anyone or did anything he just stood there. I’m not sure if that was a manager or not. I did not see anyone in that building except for Jessica the hostess and customers smile. Not one of the server smiled. The bartender didn’t smile. Nobody smiled. Everybody acted like they didn’t wanna be there. I finally had to go up to the hostess stand to ask for my check that I had asked my server for 10 minutes earlier. Do not waste your time or your money at this restaurant. There are a lot of wonderful restaurants in Dunedin, and the lucky lobster is not one of them.
Fun spot. Outdoor seating a friendly wait staff with helpful suggestions. The lobster rolls - our reason for going were great. Others at table had tasty salmon meal, shrimp & lobster quesadilla and shrimp platter. No rush and pleasant rustic atmosphere.

went there a couple times thought I would give it a shot again this week they burnt the role on the lobster roll gave me an attitude when I said can I have another bun? I can't eat this one. Return the bun and they charge me for one I don't understand that, but I said OK. The belly clams were awful and greasy. The soup was filled with bacon and didn't want to sit outside horrible horrible.
