We have been ordering pizza from here since they opened with no issues, but the last 2 times (the latest one being today 11/6/24), the pizzas were really, really overcooked and burnt. We took the pizzas back, and the manager said that we had to let them know ahead to lightly cook the pizza, which we never had to do before. Then they Intentionally gave us pizzas that were not fully cooked and with beraly any ingredients. This was horrible service 👎
This location in Dunedin just opened not too long ago. I have celiac disease and I get the gluten-free pizza. They do mention that it’s not a gluten-free environment but they do everything they can to keep the food separate from regular pizza. Service is always pretty good and they are usually really quick with getting a pizza done. Typically between 10 to 15 minutes For the small 10 inch gluten-free crust. Prices are good and if you go on Tuesdays, it’s buy one get one free. Definitely recommend.
Dietary restrictions: There are gluten-free options available, and they even have something called a pizza bowl, which is, essentially, a pizza in a bowl without the crust.
Parking: It’s a parking lot for the store. This is Dunedin so parking really isn’t an issue.
Kid-friendliness: Yes, it’s kid friendly. Kids are allowed in there.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have the appropriate ADA sidewalks and parking spots.

The young individual who is currently working here by the name of Jake is such a wonderful person and I appreciate the attention to detail they paid when making sure my order came out correctly. While I waited, Jake made small talk with me and was very kind. Over the phone I thought Jake seemed dismissive and not in a very good mood, but in person the opposite is true. Even though this person is working all by themselves, they still managed to be polite courtesy and make sure I was taken care of. Thank you Jake!
