The service in this place in terms of the waitress was disastrous, the waitress was rude and kept telling me how I should feed my baby with a spoon and also brought the wrong plates to the wrong person and made us wrong for it. In general, was just disrespectful and degrading.
She was not friendly to us as we arrived and when I asked if they had crepes she said “ didn’t you read it on the menu”
On top of that my husband still decided to leave a tip of $4 which was 10% of the bill and the waitress complained to my husband and said “ only $4 in a very rude way”. It’s seriously a joke, she didn’t deserve anything in my opinion.
To the chef he should know that having this waitress isn’t helping his business expand.
I am French and I have traveled all around the world, I have been a local for a while now and have never seen such poor service but we will not be going back for that reason.
The Croissants were good.

This is hands down one of the best breakfast spots in North Pinellas! A cozy, family-owned (French owner) gem where everything is freshly made and bursting with flavor. Every dish I’ve tried has been absolutely delicious, I can’t recommend this place enough!

The server was so rude this morning we got up and left.
This place is slow. We expect that. The food is actually worth the wait. This morning (server) was more than anyone would want to put up with.

I was so fortunate to find this spot. Chef Phillip was such a gentleman. One of my kids didn't want to eat so I didnt order anything for him and Chef Phillip made him a chocolate pancake on the house. He also took us in last minute as he was almost closing. Thank you so much and we will definitely be back.

We had a group of 5 who all went in different directions. LOTS of coffees and pastries for options. Of course, omelets and standard fare. They also gave a wide selection of crepes! Service was very good. Be ready for a great experience.

Very hospitable server, she welcomed our 4 kids with coloring books, stickers, and markers and was extremely patient with us. The food was delicious! The chef came out and greeted us after food was served to check in. The croissants are to die for! 100% recommend.

Just discoveres this fantastic, cute French restaurant. Came for their french-flour made croissants - they did not disappoint one bit, in fact the chef made them fresh for us. Will be one of our new weekend brunch spots.

Just arrived for lunch at 1.45 on Sunday. Waitress was rude & informed me that they had no decaf coffee. She also told me that they close at 2 and that shirred eggs take at least 10 mins to prepare. I left in disgust and am unlikely to return.
Went here on the recommendation of a friend who used to live in the area. Took our grandsons here for breakfast. We're not sure how they would like their food but all of us were very happy with our meals. We will be back

Great experience at a great place! Went with my family of four. Had a nice breakfast. The owner was very friendly and willing to answer questions. The food was very tasty and fresh. Everyone loved the food they got. Very quiet laid-back environment there. Definitely a great place to eat and enjoy! Recommend trying the food here for sure.

Best Breakfast EVER. Everything made from scratch, including the French bread and the croissants. Can’t say enough about how amazing the food is.

Had a remarkable brunch today. An omelette is an omelette, but not at Marquis. It was perfect. Fresh cracked eggs were cooked so they were light inside with a soft brown top. The grits were prepared perfectly; I didn’t have to add anything. My husband is a foodie; he said the French toast was perfect.
We didn’t have to wait, but we think there might be a wait on weekends.
