Went through the drive thru for a cheeseburger kids meal. Was parked for at least 8 mins waiting for just that. There was a mix up with the happy meal and it was given to someone else. Had to wait a few more mins for a “new one”. Got home trying to log back into work and set my son up with his meal only for him to open his burger with a BITE out of it.

They can never get their orders right even with a simple one item order the a.m. manager in this facility is rude and should not even be in a management position. I’ve been there numerous times and they just can’t get their act together if you contact the franchise owner they blow you off and the same goes for their corporate office everything is pampered emails.
McDonalds in Dunedin is absolutely the worse. The order taker along with the manager should definately be replaced. They had no concern with and issue I was having at 5:30pm on 3/23/23. Issues everytime I go to this location. Never again!!
