I'm sorry but I just can't bring myself to justify a good review. I dislike the ordering process ( no human interaction), the prices are getting ridiculous, and the food quality is disgusting. Bring back the old Micky Ds and maybe I'll come back.

I consistently use this bathroom after bringing my dog to the Achieva dog park in Dunedin, Florida. It’s under control, but not the nicest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.. it’s usually clean enough but not sparkling and the service is usually fast enough if you want to go through the drive-through and get a coffee 😘

Horrible guest services, came here this morning to get my four year old a chocolate milk, hash, brown, and a sausage biscuit and then for myself number two with an iced coffee. They told me that the total was just over nine dollars so in my mind, they got everything I ordered I guess I can’t comprehend that it would be more than basically $10 so I get to the window and I noticed that my iced coffee and my hash brown is not in the bag and the lady at the window said you didn’t order that and I said yes I did and she said where’s your receipt and I said the guy the window did not give me a receipt as I’m trying to pull up my McDonald’s app seeing if the receipt is electronic she’s telling me that I didn’t order that in my mind. I’m thinking for $10 that’s not all my food she goes. We’re getting the receipt now so I’m thinking OK I’ll just pay the difference if The guy at the window didn’t hear me say number two with an iced coffee she then Hand me the receipt my number two was not on there. They only rung me up for a sausage egg McMuffin and I go OK can you guys please give me a hash brown and iced coffee? I will pay the difference and she goes no you need to go back around by the way the line is full 9:30 AM. I said are you kidding me? You guys are the ones that didn’t hear me say this is what I wanted. I’m willing to pay for it. I’m not asking for anything for free and she goes. Nope you gotta go back around. I said I want to talk to a manager then I hear someone saying well. I’m not the manager and then a lady peeks her head around the corner and says you didn’t pay for it. I said I’m not asking for anything for free. You guys didn’t hear me order it even though he repeated me saying I wanted an iced coffee with my number two and then she proceeded to tell me she was the manager and that I needed to go back around that they don’t have a cash register at the second window. So you’re telling me you forgot to bring up my food then argue with me and then tell me I need to go back around instead of just making me the iced coffee and the hash brown why someone runs my card to the register absolutely insane customer service absolutely insane how it was treated. I will never be back to that location and the management really needs to get retrained.

I stop here because it’s on my way home. But every. Single. Time. My food is wrong. It has a proper label on it, but apparently nobody can read. At this point it is actually ridiculous and makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

I prefer to order with an employee (I do not work there and I my feelings are that Kiosk are taking away jobs from people) ... when the girl came over to help me she asked me to use Kiosk and I told her I do not like to use the Kiosk ... she offered to help and I told her I want to order with her and she told me no that I need to use Kiosk ... told her she lost my business and I left ... we should be given the option not forced into using a Kiosk ... the attitude alone upset me

Mac Donald's it is what it is the new daily double cheeseburger is nothing to ride home about it's just a double but it cost you $2 more for a couple of slices of the onion a little bit of lettuce mayonnaise and a tomato even though the picture shows two tomatoes there's only one little bitty slice on the whole sandwich definitely not worth it wouldn't buy it wouldn't come back for it much better off to go to Culver's

It’s incredible how rude and disrespectful I was just treated in the drive thru by the short blonde manager that was there. I’ve been coming to this location for years with no problem and this morning a simple reorder of lunch instead of breakfast turned into me being spoken down to and belittled.

She tried replacing my entire order by saying they could give me fries instead of hash browns. Which I said yes to. And then tried to literally only give me fries. I said no. Because I ordered an entire meal. And she said that was my option or I could come inside and get a refund. I went through the drive-through because I didn’t have a lot of time before class so I had to leave.

Directly on the mobile app under your order, there is a get help button, which states that if you would like to request a refund, you could either contact the store or go to the store in person. On my drive to school, I called the store in which the same manager answered and continued to interrupt me every single time I attempted to explain myself. She told me she gave me the option of getting french fries and I drove away, so I missed my opportunity for a refund.

I told her the policy states that I could either contact over the phone or in person and she said that’s not how things work here. I will only give a refund in person and you denied that offer and drove away. “ We are a franchise store, not a corporate store so the app and the policies on the app have nothing to do with this location, I offered for you to come inside or take a small fry and you drove away”

An incredibly rude and disrespectful experience. I’ve never had to be a Karen before and call a customer complaint. But I will not tolerate being spoken to that way. I don’t even send an overcooked steak back to be as easy as possible. But this was ridiculous and the way she spoke to me was unacceptable.

This was on 7/17/25 and the manager was a chronically unhappy, miserable and projecting short blonde meanie around 40 years old at 10:30am.

Drive thru cashier was pleasant. Pickup window person said they needed a few minutes and had me pull into a space. 20 minutes later I get twice cooked nuggets with stuck together ones with wet batter.

They insist you order at the kiosk, even when there’s no one in line. If your paying in cash you end up wasting time Putting in your order and then going to wait at the counter for someone to take your money. It’s not fast food anymore.

Management has decided ALL orders must be placed at Kiosk or in the Mobile App. Since the software in both is incapable of dealing with things like meat on the side or egg on the side as well as BOGO coupons (the very BOGO coupons that are on the receipt from this restaurant), I'll take my business elsewhere.
