Recently placed a delivery order from this Papa John's location. To their credit, preparation and delivery were fast, and my pizza arrived hot. The delivery driver was also great, picking up a small delivery box by my front door for me, too. This was my first time trying PJ's NY-style pizza, and it wasn't bad. Easily the best among the chains. Cheese was generous, and topping was sufficient even if not abundant. As long as you check the deals available, can get a decent value for fairly good mainstream pizza.

I ordered a large pizza with sausage & extra cheese yesterday. I paid for extra cheese & it wasn't put on the pizza. It was the worst pizza I have ever tasted. I will never go back there!

EL is my man right there; he is the best manager after Big John who is working for papa johns for almost a decade now. So, I thank El for being super nice to me after the manager at 411 S Missouri Ave, Clearwater, FL 33756 told me he is not willing to refund or to make me a new pizza even after the manager at that location name Merissa told me she is willing to give me the store credit. What a horrible person this guy is at this location and blaming me after other manager at this location said yes.

I've been getting carryout here for several years now as it's close to my way home from work. The staff is very good but the pizza continues to go downhill. There's no uniformity to the way toppings are spread and keeps getting more skimpy as time goes on. Will drive out to Eastlake who is much more consistent, management needs to pay attention.
I just dont like the fact that I observed No one wearing gloves when handling pizza.

It was my 1st time ordering from this location and I was very happy with everything. The wings were very meaty and fresh, and the pizza was delicious too.
The most important thing for me was the service. The gentleman that waited on me was polite and personable.
