We almost passed this place up as it's right outside Downtown Dunedin and not in the cutest location but decided to give it a go. Glad we did! First off, our waitress Sherry was very welcoming and cheery. She definitely brightened the place up. I got a cooked breakfast with sausage, toast, eggs and pancakes whilst my husband got an omelette with home fries. I was very happy with all food especially the pancakes which were delicious! Thick, fluffy and fresh with lots of syrup. Just how I like them. The toast was also toasted exactly the way I like it, not anemic looking like most places seem to offer. My husband was less keen on his dish as the cheese used in top of the omelette was a single slice of Americana cheese rather than some shredded cheddar or something like you'd expect. The home fries were also more of a shredded potato rather and not quite what we were expecting. So there was some room for improvement but overall I was pretty impressed. A warm, homely environment and a good breakfast. Would happily visit again.

The omelet and potatoes were outstanding. The coffee was weak and bitter. And they don't offer half and half. Acted shocked when I asked for milk instead of coffeemate, which I was told is all they offered, after first telling me that Coffee-Mate is half and half. The biscuit wasn't made on the premises and was just okay.
