Easily some of the best brisket I've had and I've been smoking and eating bbq for 30 years. It had a great crust seasoned perfectly without being too salty. Sliced thick, it was moist and very tender while still holding together without falling apart. NO SAUCEB NEEDED!
My dad and I stopped in here on a whim for a quick bite to eat and were not disappointed! He ordered a brisket sandwich and I got the burnt ends. Both were amazing. The food is prepared fresh every day which you can taste. Sauces were 10/10. Must try the Tampa Q (espresso bbq). I put in an order while at the brewery next door for pick up and the boys made it fresh when I got in there and I couldn’t recommend this place more. SO GOOD! I got the brisket Mac sandwich and if I lived in Dunedin I would have a hard time not eating it daily. Thank you to the guys working for being so kind and efficient.
