I struggled to find a bakery for my wedding, and then someone recommended Southern Bay Bakery. It was like the clouds parts and the sun came out. From the moment I walked into the bakery I knew I had found the place, and THEN I tried the cakes. Minerva and her team make something truly magical in that place. We did cupcakes (YUM) but also had a cake so we had the "cake cutting" experience. The lemon cake we chose was a show stopper, the perfect balance of sweet and tart, just delicious. I can't thank them enough for helping make our day so special, and I cannot wait to work with them again!

I went in after a workout and tried a Boozy Cake Bite, Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie, some sort of Pecan Pie like Square, a Maple Brown Sugar Cookie, and a Lemon Brownie/Blondie. I loved all of them. They were beautiful looking, flavorful, and with wonderful texture. The Cake Bites were my surprise favorite but everything was excellent. Brava to the bakers-

Delicious, artistic, with cool croissants. Overall having a good experience and keeping on coming back. Breakfasts croissants are steal for the $8. Coffee flights is also very fun idea. Usually quiet, makes it a nice space to work out of the house. Highly recommend. Again their croissants are delicious and not overpriced and they actually taste freshly made in their dough room

I’m me if my fave spots to get get delish coffee and sweet treats. This is a place I definitely am a repeat offender at! Love the cozy inside. It’s a great place to wind down and relax and even get some work done. The staff is impeccable every single time I come in. I love it there.

This bakery is the best bakery, I found so far in Florida. It’s right next-door to Delco cheesesteaks. This is the second time I’ve been to this bakery. My wife says everything that she’s purchased is incredible. I love their scones, they are delicious. So is everything else I’ve tried.The staff is wonderful and the atmosphere is very nice. So if you have a sweet tooth, I definitely recommend southern Bay bakery.

Lexi is extremely kind, sweet & generous. Food was delicious.
Beautifully designed storefront and all the different bakery options are displayed neatly and cleanly behind glass. We had the cinnamon roll and a ham and cheese croissant and both were fantastic. The lattes were delicious as well, we ordered one hot and one cold. Will definitely be back, it’s a great spot in Dunedin! The hours are limited, but open at 9 most days!

My daughter’s favorite cake is yellow cake with caramel icing. Even though the 8 inch round cake was $65.00 before tax, which is about 20.00 more than the going rate. I ordered it because the reviews were good and the bakery is close to my home. It was a not a yellow cake, nor was the icing caramel. It was dry as if it had been made a day or two ago. Six adults at the party and no one could eat it. The cake was thrown in the garbage.
