Ordered a breakfast bagel sandwich, a toasted bagel with butter, two donuts and an orange juice. The toasted bagel was OVERFLOWING with butter. It was so bad that the butter seeped through the bag and stained my pants. I could only eat half of it. The bagel sandwich was pretty good, but the donuts were AWFUL. The jelly in the jelly donut tasted horribly artificial and the $3 cronut was unedibly greasy, I had to throw it away after a couple bites. With the items ordered too I'm confident I was double charged for the jelly donut so overall a disappointing experience.

Latte was not too good. Too much syrup, can’t taste the coffee. Everything else was excellent. Donuts were fresh and tasty! Also, the shop is VERY CLEAN! Workers are constantly cleaning around when not serving customer. So I feel comfortable eating here. I will be back, and hope that the espresso drinks improve ?
Very disappointed with my experience here today. I stopped in to get a quick breakfast sandwich and a coffee and it took almost 30 minutes! They only had one young cashier up front, which seemed odd to me… you would think they would be more prepared for a busy Sunday. I received my drink relatively quickly but waited another 10 minutes for my sandwich after already waiting in the long line to begin with! Enjoyed the food but will likely not be returning.

I ordered the Sausage, Egg and Cheese Bagel. The bagel was fantastic, everything on the bagel, not so much. The egg was unseasoned, rubbery and almost watery to taste. Not undercooked, but just tasted bland and watered down. The sausage was pale in color and flavorless. There was cheese, but again low quality. I’m in the restaurant business, I know things are out of control with food cost and labor, but that is a product I wouldn’t serve to my guests. Again, the bagel was absolutely fantastic.

Great service. Friendly smiling ?. Great sandwiches. Love the doughnuts. Call ahead especially on the weekends. If you come in on the weekends don't get mad at the attendants for running out of stuff.
Food is decent but the customer service is lacking, especially on the phone, the phone line is either busy, the phone will ring continuously, or they will pick up and put you on hold just to hang up on you. You can hear them say hang up as if phone orders are not welcomed here. Used to be the spot before the customer service and quality of food started slipping

Great bagels and coffee however you need more help and need to be more efficient instead of giving the customer their coffee 20 minutes before the bagel is finished and coffee girls standing around take care of each order number as they are in line...coffee+bagel #71...done then go to 72 don't skip around and make people wait and their coffee is consumed from the wait and they have nothing to have with the bagel.
