I just picked up my morning venti dark roast. After I paid the cashier, she didn’t hand me my coffee right away. She made me wait until she was ready, even though the coffee was sitting by the window, ready to go. She made me wait until she took a couple more orders and prepared other lattes. I don’t get it.

I go to this location once a week, weekend, around 1 or 4 PM. Went on Sunday at 1 p.m. and the trash was overflowing, flies inside and staff was slow with orders stacked up to about 22 orders in the queue. This Starbucks is not clean when I walk into the store in the afternoon. It looks like the staff avoided all morning. They can pay me $120.00 dollars to clean up between shifts. Shift manager is clueless about his store cleanliness. Let's see they change things up if they get a visit from the Pinellas County restaurant management standard office. : )

Walked in there on Sunday May 11 and 2 of the 5 baristas were wearing Covid masks like it was 2020. I thought masks were banned from the store and was worried that they were working while sick or it's just an excuse to not smile at customers. Next time I will use the drive thru even though it gets backed up.

I am always greeted at the door and the lobby is clean with good music playing, all the baristas are very kind particularly the one who has pink hair. The selection of cups is always full and they have a good variety. Always a fun place to hang out. There's also free wifi so that's even better.

This Starbucks is truly the best because of all the kind staff. They are so welcoming, it truly makes this place feel like a local coffee shop. It’s now part of my dog & I’s weekly routine to get coffee & a pup cup to visit our favorite baristas. Thanks for always being so clean, kind, and delicious!
