Ordered from here via UberEats multiple times - order is never right. Reading is fundamental and putting the correct items in a bag must be difficult.

The new remodel doesn't compare to the old decor. Seating doesn't make sense and it's so cold temperatures wise you wouldn't be able to sit inside anyway. Coffee is still good.

This would be a great place (nice layout with plenty of seating, friendly staff, fast service) but there are two main problems: no matter where you sit inside, you're subjected to constantly blowing cold AC from the ceiling. And if you take refuge in the outdoor seating area, you're overpowered with fumes from the asphalt resurfacing next door (hopefully a temporary problem).

Yeah…well poor customer service. Could not hear the barista. Mumbled words and just not that friendly feeling that I usually get from the other stores.

I get the same drink multiple times a week.The level of inconsistency blows my mind. There’s a recipe for a reason, please follow it. Tired of wasting money.

So went there for a few drinks and pumpkin loaf a couple weeks ago. Sat in line for at least 20 minutes before the woman in front of me pushed the intercom button several times. She sat there a while longer then pulled ahead. So I pulled up to the intercom and waited to be greeted by an employee. I didn't get a response so I pushed the help button as well. Nothing... I'm like ok well the speaker box must be broken I'll give my order at the window. Pulled to the window and saw a sign that read that they were renovating and closed until November 9th. There were construction workers and employees walking around and saw me. I waved to then to let them know that there has been and still was a line in the drive thru. I wanted to tell them that I had been waiting for almost 45 minutes at that point (no way to pull around it's one lane and no way out) I wanted to tell them to put a sign at the beginning of the drive thru and the speaker box so people wouldn't sit there and waste their time waiting... The employees saw me, saw me wave and starred at me and then continued talking amongst themselves. Completely and blatantly ignoring me. So I pulled out of the drive thru as the person behind me stopped at the window thinking that they could place an order too, waiting for service they'd never receive. I pulled around to the front and saw and employee walking out. I asked him why they didn't have a sign at the drive thru. He rudely said, "we do have a sign!" And pointed at the front door to the cafe...... You wouldn't see that from the drive thru entrance. Plus, it was really small and you could not read what it said. I told him that they need to post signs on and before the speaker box. He threw his hands in the air sarcastically and said "I'll let them know!" That was horrible. Terrible management, terrible customer service. Waste of time and gas. Etc I expect more from Starbucks. This experience may just be my last with them.

I waited 15 minutes for a grande coffee. Had to ask if it was mine and no one knew if it was. The eventually gave it to me. Walked outside and it wasn’t my drink. Waited an additional 10-15 for them to “wait” on something they mumbled under their breath.
Just poor the coffee give it to me and let me put the crap I want in it.

Normally go through the drive through; do not like the new practice of being "guilted" into a tip; also not all location have the same hours, so hit or miss if your store will be open.

Made up "New policies" manager Jordan is rude and unable to handle human contact. No customer satifaction skills. Will be reporting to starbuck corp.

Usually order ahead and go in to pick up in the morning. They remember who you are and call you by name. They always try to make connection with people and waiting on my drink seems like they know a lot of regulars! Inside is always clean. The outside area is also always clean. Good amount of parking and easy to go in and out of through the drive-through even with the area kind of being narrow. Drinks are always made correct and food is always hot. Orders are always ready really quick even when they are at their busy time. Staff is always friendly and nice, definitely pass dunks to go out of the way to come to the Starbucks when I have time.
