Since the staff change, this Starbucks has gone downhill. The new team is disorganized, rude, and treats customers like an inconvenience rather than paying guests. Orders are frequently incorrect, and there’s little accountability or courtesy when mistakes are made. The previous staff were consistently kind, efficient, and welcoming, which made this location a pleasure to visit. Considering the price of coffee here, the least customers should expect is basic professionalism, cordial service, and an effort to get orders right. Avoid this location and go anywhere else! Just look at all the recent 1 star reviews….

baristas are taught to use same amount of strawberries in a trenta as a grande. Now they have upcharge for extra strawberries and don't even give you extra. It's ridiculous this is a billion dollar company.

I used to come here every day for breakfast and coffee, but this will be my last visit. The guy at the window with the ponytail was extremely rude and condescending. I will not be returning to this Starbucks.

This place is always busy though, sometimes l the line is legit 15-20 cars! Stay away from peak times!
