I just picked up my morning venti dark roast. After I paid the cashier, she didn’t hand me my coffee right away. She made me wait until she was ready, even though the coffee was sitting by the window, ready to go. She made me wait until she took a couple more orders and prepared other lattes. I don’t get it.
Walked in there on Sunday May 11 and 2 of the 5 baristas were wearing Covid masks like it was 2020. I thought masks were banned from the store and was worried that they were working while sick or it's just an excuse to not smile at customers.
Next time I will use the drive thru even though it gets backed up.

I am always greeted at the door and the lobby is clean with good music playing, all the baristas are very kind particularly the one who has pink hair. The selection of cups is always full and they have a good variety. Always a fun place to hang out. There's also free wifi so that's even better.
