I went in with my friend last night and the sandwich artist was so amazing. Not only did she make me the perfect sandwich but she was so kind and fun. She matched our vibes really well and I felt super comfortable there. She helped me use my subway app and find coupons. This is definitely my new favorite and regular subway location.

11/13/24 I ordered the 6" " #1 The Philly" Subway Series sub. This 6" sub is $7.59 at this location. This sub is about a kids menu size. This is the smallest sub I've ever seen in my life. It didn't cure my hunger at all so now I'm going to spend more money to actually get food that will fill me up. I made an exception to order here as I've been avoiding this location for over 20 years due to many issues with this store. I could write a book. I usually visit the 24 hour 2790 Gulf To Bay store and have been for many years with no problems. Prices are up to several dollars cheaper there anyway. I can get a sub at 2 am and often do. Today I just didn't feel like driving 8 miles for perfection when this store is only 1 mile from me. I definitely made the wrong decision.
Ordered 3 Double Cheese Dippers, a pretzel and a cookie. The dippers were hard, dried out, tasteless tubes that were too hard to bite through, even when dipped in the sauce. The pretzel was microwaved and rubbery. I’m assuming that because we ordered around 8PM, we got food that was sitting and not made fresh. We won’t be getting anything from there again.

Walked in at 10:01 got told they close at 10 even though the signs and online say 11pm. Pretty great service if you ask me. Don't know how this has a 4.1 rating if the employees get to close the store whenever they feel it's convenient.

Not a good experience. The woman who worked was rude to us. We ordered 2 salads, with chicken teriyaki, and she gives us normally chicken. Then we got a small bowl of salad and while we are eating it, I got a bone from a chicken in my mouth. I think we will find another place to eat next time and not come back.
