Second time this week I came here to pick up an Uber order both times I lost almost 25 minutes waiting they don't even look at you or ask you if you are being help if I was a costumer I go to other places

It's an issue when you arrive because they are always talking to each other and they almost don't even care about you, and when they feel like it they serve you, it seems in very bad taste to me.

My food was cold right from the window. Opened my Chalupa supreme in parking lot and it was cold and had no cheese or sour cream. Not enough cheese in cup for nachos. My starry was all carbonated water and no syrup. What a waist of 29.29. I should have just ate a bowl of cereal and saved my money.
THE WORST Taco Bell Location. Seriously... BAD. Horrific food greenery missing ingredients and if anything is a beef and bean combo... Trust me your getting beans with a tablespoon of beef.
Do yourself a favor and go to the one on McMullen Booth and Enterprise. I don't work at this place at least that location has 4 stars and lives up to it.

Don’t get the chicken nuggets. This is what we received for our kid. Needless to say, he was not interested in eating it at all… husband tried it and said it did not taste good either… we won’t be going back to Taco Bell any time soon.

On occasion, my wife will bring home food from this location. Most days it is fine and some are terrible. On 12/8/24 the person I like to call “the meat monster” has struck again. This person has some beef with the beef and frantically tries to dispose of it by doubling the serving size. The beef isn’t great as we all know and when presented with too much is overpowering the rest of the meal. Please consider giving this person some additional training. Thank you

This location is absolute garbage. They put 0 effort into making your food, ever. I have given them multiple chances throughout 2 years and every time they are the biggest let down. If this is the only taco bell for miles, i would not stop here. Get new quality control. Absolutely ridiculous waste of $$$. If i could give this location - stars, i would in a heartbeat.
