Went to pick up a to go order Friday 11:00 p.m. at 11:13 p.m. left with no to go order. A staff member told me they would get around to making the order at some point but it had already been 13 minutes so I just left no point in bringing your business here the staff do not care and have no sense of urgency best to go to a different location 🙂

Went to go grab lunch today stood in the lobby waiting for 25 mins on my food on top of that the bathroom was nasty smelt nasty . The one person making food didn’t have gloves on also the kitchen floor had trash all over it . I don’t recommend going here stay away keep your money go else where .

I actually had a friendly employee approach me and inquire if I needed help at the kiosk to place my order. What a nice change from the impersonal ordering and tobo style at McDonald's and Wendy's these days. I stopped going there because of it.

It's an issue when you arrive because they are always talking to each other and they almost don't even care about you, and when they feel like it they serve you, it seems in very bad taste to me.
