I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place deserves one. It’s the best cold brew I’ve ever had. I deal with GERD, so finding coffee that doesn’t upset my stomach is rare, but whatever beans and brewing method they use here works perfectly for me. Prices are reasonable, and the quality is outstanding. I’ll definitely be a loyal customer going forward. They have a cute porch & table areas if you want to work there AND a parking lot so you don’t have to look too hard for a spot.

Great place if you like to stand wall to wall people for 15 minutes for an iced tea bc they make it “special” and will serve the more complicated coffee drinks to their customers who came after you. Only to get a repeat on how they brew it individually.

I have tried randomly over the last few years and it’s always been the same experience.

The looks on the customers faces waiting tells it all. So when you walk in the first thing you wanna notice is the look on the face standing there waiting for their drink if they don’t look happy turn around and leave.

If you are not in a hurry or in chronic pain and/or love overly crowded space with others breathing all over you while you pay $6 for iced tea. I literally watched an employee staring into space during the rush hour.

Never again while they are busy.

The lack of accountability for you lack of customer service while you are busy is lost on me.

There is a huge difference between positive energy and taking advantage of the kindness of Dunedin Residences on a continuous basis.
Is that an insinuation that when somebody has a disability or is in pain that that affects the quality of your energy?

I should have come to this platform after listening to keep re-explaining how you make your tea custom after you serve the people behind me and more complicated coffee drink I just can’t listen to it anymore.

The management is clearly based on your lack of accountability to train your team or offer your customers a way to wait outside if it is that busy but you won’t even bring a drink to a customer so there’s that.

God forbid you have more people help. Or maybe pick staff that are more helpful to your narrative that it’s never your fault according to every review response you have written.

So every customer is not going to provide you grace when you do nothing and say nothing to make it corrected.

Your constant arguing how “I was the only one complaining” was almost comical. Just look at your customers faces waiting since you have the time to explain tea making fivefold.

Like I said, hire more people.

You could brew your “special” tea in larger quantities so you just pore it or shake it with ice but hey- it doesn’t affect you until it does.

Also, when a customer describes chronic pain and you stay you like positive energy sometimes people aren’t going to feel well when they come in your establishment and when you make it 100 times worse all the people out there that have Pain will remember that.

Better stated I’m sorry my pain got in the way of your tea making for 15 minutes. I’m glad you were able to make a profit at my expense while I was extremely uncomfortable..

Thank you for not offering a walk up window for any staff that would actually bring you an iced tea even though you pay a tip.

You’re more than welcome. Anytime you would like more feedback, please do not hesitate to contact me.

I would give 10/5 stars if I could. I enjoyed a Rose cardamom latte first, per their recommendation, it was amazing. Then they went the extra mile to customize a second drink for me! I travel for work and go to lovely local coffee shops everywhere I go. They win the prize for the best customer service I have ever had. And the coffee, overnight oats, and lemon bar were all top notch!!!

We love stopping at TüKrō when we are in the area — they never disappoint! There is also a patio outside where you can enjoy your cup of coffee with your furry friend.

We loved Tukro! We drove in from our vacation in Clearwater Beach. Baristas were friendly, coffee was delicious, and the porch was a beautiful place to sit and enjoy the day. We tried the Snickerdoodle Latte and Apple Pie Latte. Syrups are house made!

Coffee is really good. Service is incredibly slow. Waited 40 minutes for a coffee and a tea. I think they assume everyone should know how long the wait is but we were visiting from out of town and had I known it would be that long I would not have ordered there.

Just went to google and realized that I haven’t left a review on my favorite coffee shop, I cant believe that! Ive been going to tukro since March of this year, I genuinely haven’t found a coffee shop as good (it’s to the point i will drive 20-30 minutes just to get their coffee.) The staff are so sweet and friendly, but special shoutout to Leah and Jackie for being my favs! Their coffee is great, with my fav being the tiramisu latte. Also love the matcha- do note that it isn’t naturally sweetened so i recommend a pump of either honey or vanilla with it. But yeah, literally a 10/10 for me!!! (photos of my drinks throughout the months)

The service is what kills it. Items missed and terrible wait times even though there’s plenty of people behind the counter. The space itself doesn’t lend itself to efficiency so be ready to wait and be ready to strain to hear for your name to be called. Be ready for your food to be forgotten and need to remind them about it to actually get it cooking. I’ve gone here multiple times and feel the service has been just getting worse with each visit.
