I truly dislike the Ai. It has not once successfully talen my order and I always ha e to wait longer because they have to remake it correctly or add the items the Ai missed , remove the phantom items they add. I will not be back again. I hoped it would get better but it's the same every time. I am done .

Nearly a $50 delivery order all ice cold! 10 piece chicken nuggets charged over a dollar for the sauces. No sauces in the bag no ketchup in the bag no utensils no napkins nothing! Terrible service terrible restaurant will never order again ever ever ever ever! Don't ever order from this place!!!!!

Excuse me Wendy, but how in the world does this sad thing constitute as a Baconator? When I buy a Baconator I expect to have my mouth assaulted by bacon.. this was 2 strips of bacon cut in half AND this was JBC bacon at that! I know my bacon!! But seriously.. why the sad bacon?

Had to use they're new Fresh AI ordering service..and may never go to any Wendy's again. It was impossible to place the order and get what you wanted on the sandwiches so went to the window and tried more than a few times to get it the way we wanted and was almost $40.00 for 3 sandwiches and every one of the sandwiches was wrong..we were all hungry so we ate what we had but none of us will be back..I don't understand how a business can think that having no customer service can be an improvement

Totally jipped my frosty and the guy at the window literally shoved the food in my face and didn’t even say hi or thank you! Just basic manners and then the food was wrong too!

My teenager wanted a frosty so we went to Wendy's. Last time the guy at the window didn't fill the frosty up to the brim of a medium and we asked for extra brownie batter and barely received any. When asked if this is extra the guy said that's all we can give (Even paid extra for it🙄). We went elsewhere for frostys. We decided tonight to stop in. Mitchell served us and gave us what we asked and paid for. He had great customer service as well. Thanks.

This location has been on a steady decline for the past 2-3 years. The food was horrible. The fries were cold but were so over cooked that they were all crunchy and hallow, probably sitting out for a while. The nuggets were also way over cooked. Most of the food went to the trash, I did not feel like driving back.

Wendy's is a pretty good fast food chain, but this location? They went above and beyond. Kind employees, hot and fresh food, and especially how fast they served the food.

Sad to say but worst experience at this location. I’m a Wendy’s fan. And I have visited this location multiple times assuming it was just a one-off bad experience. It’s every time. Either slow as molasses, as in 15-20 for chili and fries once. To chili that doesn’t taste like Wendy’s chili. Or cold fried and incorrect order. Changes need to happen. I’m a fan of Wendy’s but I won’t be going back to this one for a while in hopes in will improve. Sorry.

Food is delicious 🤤I was at the Wendy’s on Main St. in Dunedin and the store was very busy but I want to give a huge compliment to the young man in the window, his name is Leo and he was so respectful and kind! Your management needs more employees like him.

The process and service has gone down hill. Took 15 to 20 min to get my drive through order after ordering it. The auto order process i. The driver e through is also lacking in accuracy. No urgency to complete orders. Saw about 2 to 3 people just standing and waiting.

This store has gone to crap. You are hard pressed to get hot food and they are trying to be Mac Donald’s with frosties that are never available. Don’t even bother looking at uber eats because no one updates it so you will pay and wait just for the driver to call and tell you they don’t have what your ordered. Do better.

OK so we stopped here at the Wendy's in Dunedin awhile back only to find it closed for water damage or some such. So we returned to find a beautiful remodeled of the interior, clean, comfortable, and brightly lite. Menu prices were great we went with Biggy Bags I had the double burger my wife had the chicken BLT. With the 4 piece nuggets and small drink and fries they were big enough for us. We had a patron at a table next to us that was throughly delighted with his purchase also. For under $20.00 it was a great bargain.
