Just wondering if it was normal to not make a hot latte an hour before closing? After asking for one, only car there mind you the reply was "I'm not currently making lattes." No explanation of a time frame, broken machine, no substitute offered just a very monotonous crappy reply. Ellianos knows what customer service is..

Just was driving through and they use granulated sugar instead of liquid sugar for iced coffees, no lights on at 7pm, and girl had a bad attitude lil white girl dark hair, yall need to retrain them fr, tried ordering food and was out of everything too bruh, it sounded like a chore that they had to make 2 coffees

The food is usually great but they consistently are out of plain bagels which is the only food I eat from them. I’ve had to step out of line and go somewhere else for food on multiple occasions because of this. I don’t understand how this happens so frequently, you would think that there’d be changes made to ensure they have plain bagels since they run out so quickly so often.

Clean the microwave or whatecer you heat the egg wrap in. It smells like chemical cleaner and can actually taste and smell on the egg sandwich was totally gross thos morning and remade it and was just as bad.

You have competition now, get it together.!! You messed up my order again! I won't go into details. But shame on me for having hope that you guys will get the simple things right! Now, it's time to say good bye. Like I said there is competition in our little small town of Dunnellon now.

I’m constantly attempting to go to this location, and the only reason I go back is because of maybe 4 workers who always get my order right and are friendly. There is a girl with long black hair (who always seems like she just woke up 5 minutes ago) who works weekends, one time I got a lemonade refresher and she said they didn’t have the lemonade and my only options were green tea or water. I don’t drink green tea and I’m not paying for water! She said she couldn’t change my drink, so I ended up with watered down something.

The second issue I had with her, was today. I wanted to order a coffee with no ice so i could have it in the morning - in the app, I selected less ice. And was hoping the worker would be kind enough to use no ice- she said she’d have to charge me- I declined since I had already paid in the app. When I got to the window, she handed me a cup with probably more than even the normal expected amount of ice than usual. She clearly didn’t read my ticket/ didn’t care- as I asked for less ice atleast. It wasn’t worth the time talking to her, as the last time I tried she basically got mad at me for being upset that I couldn’t change my order to something when I wanted the lemonade refresher. Simply rude and disrespectful. You can charge me for no ice, but I can’t charge you for giving me water, instead of the lemonade that I ordered? Lack of care for sure!
I noticed the week day staff has really been awesome for the past few months- but this girl with long black hair is simply rude and doesn’t care. My coffee didn’t even taste right. Here is a photo of my coffee, after I removed the ice. Does this look like less ice? You can see on the cup, where the ice is supposed to mark. In the past ive gotten less ice and I didn’t lose this much coffee, removing what was there. Also, Dunkin? How stiff do you have to be to charge for no ice? When coffee literally cost pennys. This is why so many people will be going to Ellianos for a quick drive through and to the Dunnellon coffee house for a sit down- both places have customer service and their coffee and breakfast is delicious.

I just witnessed a distraught lady leave the store saying she could not wait anymore, it had been 20 minutes waiting for her drink.
One associate working there stated that he could not click his heels and make it appear.
Upon hearing this disrespect myself and a lady in line turned and walked out.
