Customer service was not great. They had barely any donuts. And when making the coffee the lady spilt it due to overfilling it not caring and didn’t even clean up the coffee cup so it was sticky and the coffee was not how it’s supposed to taste. She just seemed to not care.

I go to Dunkin everyday I will say the only time to get a good Coffee is the early morning it's like they put the good workers on the early morning and then after like 12:00 the service sucks the coffee is horrible they should really change this not everybody gets up early morning for work some of us go to work later

After waiting for service in an empty storefront while the employees were pacing back and forth in somewhat of a confusion, I was acknowledged by a gentleman that came from the back. Before ordering I asked if they had fresh croissants. The gentleman taking the order said yes. I purchased a croissant for my wife and a macchiato for myself. The macchiato was made by another gentleman and was satisfying. When I got home and gave the croissant to my wife it was not fresh at all. At which point I thought to myself that I should of checked the croissant better before bringing it home. The only thing that made a positive impression was the gentleman that made the macchiato. I would not recommend this Dunkin’

This is probably my favorite Dunkin to go to. I stop here before work (I'm nightshift) and get 3 coffees. The staff is always friendly and fast. The building is usually very clean. My coffees are always correct. Every experience has been lovely here.

Just wondering if it was normal to not make a hot latte an hour before closing? After asking for one, only car there mind you the reply was "I'm not currently making lattes." No explanation of a time frame, broken machine, no substitute offered just a very monotonous crappy reply. Ellianos knows what customer service is..

Along with not getting orders right they apparently can't answer the phone either. This place is trash along with the lovers that work here. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to order coffee or food. Now I'm going to drive up there to let them know how worthless they are

Just was driving through and they use granulated sugar instead of liquid sugar for iced coffees, no lights on at 7pm, and girl had a bad attitude lil white girl dark hair, yall need to retrain them fr, tried ordering food and was out of everything too bruh, it sounded like a chore that they had to make 2 coffees

The food is usually great but they consistently are out of plain bagels which is the only food I eat from them. I’ve had to step out of line and go somewhere else for food on multiple occasions because of this. I don’t understand how this happens so frequently, you would think that there’d be changes made to ensure they have plain bagels since they run out so quickly so often.
