Its a hit or miss. Everyone is very friendly for the most part. The issue I have is sometimes the coffee is Great and other times it tastes like they added no flavor. I don’t know if they are rushing when this happens. Sometimes the croissants are too hard like they are nuking them in the microwave and it seems as though they do not consistently follow the recipes for the coffee. You should not order the same drink and each time it tastes different. Only other thing I found odd was the one and only time I placed a mobile order I chose the ASAP slot and it told me my order would be ready at 9:45. When I arrived I had let them know I had a mobile order and the girl tells me it actually wont show them the order on their screen until that time which makes no sense because what would be the point of ordering ahead of time just for it to only pop up on their screens at the time it says the order will be completed. Typically when my coffee is wrong I don’t really say anything because in the past I had said I couldn’t taste the flavoring and I had a younger male say “well I did add it in there” as I started to respond to say I believed him but maybe it needed more luckily a younger female stepped in at that point and remade it for me.

It must have been an off night. I went on Friday night about half an hour before they closed. It was a couple of minutes before they noticed I was there. That’s fine. I ordered a Venetian Vanilla Creme coffee hot. Now please someone let me know if I’m wrong but I would imagine from the name it would taste like vanilla. It basically tasted like a regular coffee with some foam and had very little flavor. If the vanilla is a syrup it was not in there. I definitely would not go back and pay $7 to try again. As I was leaving the lady at the window noticed there was a car behind me and said there’s another one and sounded irritated. This was my first time trying this chain and I’m not planning on going back.
