Franco's at River Run

What a horrible experience. Actually, probably our 3rd horrible experience. We waited 30 minutes to receive a bucket of beer. Waited 45 minutes for pretzels which were served with cheese that looked like it had been sitting out. My family ordered entrees and waited an over an hour to get them...then after the wait were served raw FISH.The owner of the establishment needs some serious training in the hospitality industry. Proceeded to tell us and several family members that "he don't need our business, and not to return."I kindly agreed with him because he isn't able to serve a party of 10. He definitely needs less business so he can serve food on time.Don't have to worry about our return. Gruffs had 50 wings ready in 20 minutes!!

Very Good Food. Pizza is very good.On the first Sunday of the month is Bar-BQ. I think its the best in town. Great Chef. Friendly Staff. Weekend live music too.

The owner of this establishment is HORRIBLY rude and no idea how to run a restaurant. Although he KNEW there was a problem in the kitchen, he did nothing to handle the situation. He didn't check on patrons, he didn't offer apologies for the situation and he didn't GO TO THE KITCHEN to help as any responsible restaurant owner would/should have.When approached about the quality of the food, instead of taking the actions to resolve the problem, he responded with, "then just don't come back!" No worries there, he gets no more of our dollars!!!Arrivederci al ristorante di Franco. Mai più. Every First Sunday of the month. BBQ is great. Nice friendly folks. Great Chef. They recently reopened with a new owner and new name.

Had a great time there, danced to some good music,real nice people wonderful atmosphere food was really good.bartender Charly she was awesome and the servers were working hard and did a good job ?

Service was good, food was delicious, music was fun. Great place to have dinner. Nice setting, neat, clean, with a beautiful view all around.

Have eaten here several times and food always good. Still new and working on service and menu selections. Recently had there special fish and chips and it was great. Their specialties of Italian spaghetti with meatballs or sausage are tasty. They offer inside or outdoor dinning and on weekends there is usually music and dancing.

Tonight I finally had the Calzone, added peperoni and mushrooms. It was amazing, the dough was soft and light it was well cooked with a side of sweet marinara sauce that you want to just drink on its own. I can't wait to come back and have another asap! The bucket beer specials were also great this place is a hidden gem in Dunnellon with the live entertainment was amazing night.

Sunday July 4 Celebration was a wonderful home town experience. Franco’s had all the traditional foods available from Ribs to hot dogs. Games and music as well.

I think the food here is delicious. Pizza is good. Gravy is good. All around a good restaurantFor the people who complain about this restaurant, you are the kind of people that can’t be pleased no matter what. Move back to New York or California or whatever communist state you moved here from so you can go back to wearing masks so we don’t have to see your ugly, complaining faces.

We went there 4 weeks ago and it was great. So went today with some friends. It was the worst, the pizza was burned the chicken Alfredo my friend ordered was still frozen and the pasta was raw. The waitress was trying her best but there were only 2 of them and the other one kept taking smoke breaks. Then when we ask for the manager the little Italian guy came out making excuses he is the owner, he was condescending and said he is Italian and I have friends. We told him he disrespect us when he served that food to us, it should never have come out the kitchen. By the way it took 1 hour to get our burn food.

Great food and drink’s friendly people could have special occasions in their ballroom

Wonderful!! Highly recommend! Our food was super delicious, the Chicken Alfredo was the best we’ve ever had. We were so impressed after speaking to the chef and learning how everything was made fresh. Prices are great. The owners were also very attentive to all the guests. This place is a hidden gem!! The view outside is just gorgeous, and the atmosphere is great. We can’t wait to go back again!!!

I am so sorry but tonight I wasted 35 dollars of my hard own money on a terrible pizza from Frankos dunnellon fl. I have other food that was good there but they do not know how to make pizza. If you read this please rethink how you are making your pizza.

Had a delicious spaghetti and meatballs. The staff was very friendly and spot on. They also had a live band outside. My husband and I will be coming back and bring family and friends.
