I am new to the area and have driven by Gaetano's a few times and decided to stop in and see what it was all about. Very friendly staff, super fast service and my sub was overloaded with meats and was superb. Glad I stopped in and will most certainly be back. Well done Gaetano's.

I have ate there twice, and was very impressed! Subs were fresh and over-flowing. Definitely worth the price! Will absolutely eat there again!! Staff is very friendly.
Parking: Parking lot is not convenient to get into (depending on the direction you are coming from.) No fault of Gaetano's.
Brought my girls out for lunch here today, my youngest has really wanted a sub! The prices were high (around $9.00 for a sub with no extras) but I remember the subs being excellent years ago. I went to order ice waters and was told we had to purchase drinks. A bottle of water was almost $3.00! I asked if we could get our ice waters from the car and was told absolutely not by the rude front desk lady. My youngest got her kids meal which we thought would be a sub, but it was just a sandwich that we could have easily made at home. My sub had one tiny slice of pickle on it, so I asked for more and was told I would have to be charged! That was the final straw for me. The manager came out and was equally rude, telling me “the pickles come in slices”. Sure they do, so place a few on a large sub please! Small business owners better wake up! This is why they are going out of business, and I assume it’s only a matter of time for this place. GOOD customer service disappeared with COVID I guess. Next time, I’ll go to an actual restaurant and get full meals for the same price.

On my first visit to Gaetano's I decided to try their Philly cheesecake sub. I used to live on the east coast and remember how amazing these can be if done right. I can't say this was the best sandwich of that kind I've ever had, but it was the best I've had since I moved out of the region. Someone else in my family tried the Godfather sub, which looked even better, with very generous portions of meat along with other condiments. Next time I will have to try that one. The parking lot for this shop is only accessible from the side street so it is easy to miss if you're driving down the main road, so watch close for the turn.
