Excellent find! The food and wine is amazing! Try the smooth Monte Da Vaqueira Portuguese red wine! The octopus ? was so tender and flavorful. Don't forget to dip the melt in your mouth Portuguese rolls in the sauce. The Portuguese rice was packed with seasoning, must accompany any dish. Finally, don't forget the pastel de nata. I haven't had such good ones since I visited Lisbon! I'm grateful to have found this treasure! ??
This was my second time going to Piri Piri and honestly the food just keeps getting better every time. My husband and I got the lamb platters and I started with the chicken and rice soup. The flavor and quality of the lamb was amazing, and look at that Greek salad! So many places skimp on toppings for side salads and we actually left full and wanting more. The prices are very reasonable here and they have an extensive beer and wine selection; a little bit of something for everyone....
We met some friends here for dinner tonight, and we all really enjoyed our dinners. We sat outside since the weather was nice. We started with the poutine fries which were deliciously savory. We then enjoyed the half Piri Piri chicken, pork chops and a gyro. Everything tasted delicious and portions were fair. We will be back soon!
