The bacon double cheeseburger was bland. The saving grace was the bacon. The service in the drive thru was superb! The atmosphere was not rated because I did not go inside. The burger did have fresh lettuce and tomato, but the beef was so so.

2024-03-06: This was my first time visiting Hardee's. I had a Big Hot Ham 'N' Cheese sandwich, a Monster Burger, and an order of fries. The food was pretty good for a fast food restaurant.

Update: Lola, the district manager called me right back and was very nice. You can tell she takes pride in her work. She made things right, and I feel she'll address the staff.The drive thru worker and manager on duty were rude. I asked what were their deals and they gave me attitude about that and didn't tell me everything. They rolled their eyes at me. I talked to a very nice manager to give feedback. They told me the general manager was on duty that day they thought. The general manager called me back. They said they were on duty that day. They said they wanted to review the cameras. They acted like they didn't believe me because when I said you don't believe me? They didn't respond. I asked if the owner could call me. The general manager, Brandy, said they weren't sure if the owner would call me back. She said the district manager, Lola, would call me back. Let's not put up with bad treatment in our town here. I was missing food, it was cold, I was given attitude, and I had to go back to get missing food. The store manager, Brandy, gave me attitude when I was checking my food quietly. I'll update if the owner and district manager call me like I asked.

By far light years ahead of any other fast food restaurant. However, you pay for it. Super expensive so you need to ask yourself should I go to a nice burger bar and grab a beer and a burger or Hardee's.I say hit the real burger restaurant at these prices it is good but damn it is expensive.

It's a Hardies.It is cleaner than most but it's the same menus.They do give dog treats sometimes if your dog is in the car with you.
