What can you say about drive thru? However, my server Juquata was perfect in every way. From taking my order, repeating it back to me and asking if I'd like anything else. At the window she was cordial while my special order was prepared. She counted my change back to me and thanked me for my business. Great experience all around.

I came inside the store on Tuesday to order some chicken. I tried to order an 8 piece Xcrispy and the manager stated we only have original, and that's all you can get. I asked if I could wait for the crispy chicken, and she said either take the original or not. I decided to leave with the rude response. This was around 5pm.

Unsure how people actually eat here... mold on the ceilings with the ceiling falling through... greasy floors where your literally sliding your feet apart waiting for the food.... chicken was so old and cold that I threw out thwhole 20 dollar box.

Great staff. Food marginal, not flaverfull. Cole slaw had an odd taste, like sour or garlic powder. No paper towels in BR. Dining room walls, patched up, dirty looking. Red pleather seats cracked and torn. Windows really dirty and old. Yet again, the older gentleman at register was very nice and friendly.

Rushed me didn’t even let me order all my food before telling me total and to go to next window then made me sit for 10 mins in drive through
I place an online order before I left the house, which is ten minute's away. I ended waiting 20 mins for my food at the restaurant! One worker made the comment I'm just a door dasher. WHICH I AM NOT! I EVEN TOLD HIM I JUST HAVE A BAG TO KEEP MY FOOD WARM THE ORDER IS FOR ME. AFTER 20 mins of waiting in a dirty rude restaurant, when I got home I realized they didn't even give me my tenders! I had to go back, grab them. I asked about the sauce, the worker said don't worry it's in there. Got home, wrong sauce! To make things worse, I didn't realize they put extra crispy chicken in my bucket , I ordered original, they never said anything about it. My family doesn't like extra crispy. Never going back!! Do your self a favor and get your fried chicken from Publix!

Ordered a 12 piece family meal that is supposed to come with 6 biscuits. Get home and the box only had 4. Ordered a large mac and cheese and it looked old and had green beans mixed in. Also the 12 piece was to be mixed and it was all white meat except for 1 leg.

We've been eaten here for many years. It was the best KFC within 50 miles. Today was the biggest disappointment. I've ever had with the KF. C. Are chicken appeared to be double Fri? 'd the biscuits I swear to God? We're crusty and hard like a potato chip all the way through. Disgusting, they had to know what they were putting out the chicken.I have never in my life in AKF.C ever had this greasy.It was horrible we will never go back and we're gonna tell everybody how bad it is.They must have gotten new owners horrible

Building a/c was so cold you couldn't stand to dine in. Hurried to leave....ruined our meal time. Very disappointed. So cold windows were dripping from condensation.

Placed an order through the app for pickup at drive-thru, paid my money and everything. Get to the window and the guy said my order was cancelled. I showed him it was confirmed and I paid and he said “it’s third party and they’re showing cancelled. How is placing an order through YOUR app a third party? The reason for the review is the man was Rude and just angry at life it seems and he said he was the manager ? I have no issue with refusing service, but refuse service BEFORE you take my money.
P.S…. All this over a $2 sandwich that I had already paid for… ?
