It's been 5 years that I know of and this place hasn't changed. The inside area isdorothy. Everything is dirty. The people are awful and that's why the inside area is close because they don't want you to see how poorly the kitchen area is maintenance, which I spoke to the manager and spoke of this and she just gave me this look and I believe she was the owner. If you don't like it type a look, then leave and it's been like that for 10 years. Here. I said really craving some KFC chicken. It looks like I will have to find a place somewhere in Ocala to Go to even though I live Only 4 miles from this place I Drive By it All The Time at and it's a shame that I can.

We had delivery from this location and when calling in to confirm our order, we spoke to Shaquanda, (My apologies if I spelled your name incorrectly) who was super nice and helpful made sure our order was squared away. Thank you! Everything was fresh and yummy! Our family really enjoyed our dinner.

What can you say about drive thru? However, my server Juquata was perfect in every way. From taking my order, repeating it back to me and asking if I'd like anything else. At the window she was cordial while my special order was prepared. She counted my change back to me and thanked me for my business. Great experience all around.

I came inside the store on Tuesday to order some chicken. I tried to order an 8 piece Xcrispy and the manager stated we only have original, and that's all you can get. I asked if I could wait for the crispy chicken, and she said either take the original or not. I decided to leave with the rude response. This was around 5pm.

Unsure how people actually eat here... mold on the ceilings with the ceiling falling through... greasy floors where your literally sliding your feet apart waiting for the food.... chicken was so old and cold that I threw out thwhole 20 dollar box.

Chicken was good. Ordered a 12 piece and they did not have enough original recipe wich I wanted. Service was slow. Also I wasn't aware a 12 piece costs 42.00 now. Crazy expensive!!

We ordered a 12 pc family meal. Chicken was fresh. Sides were good (coleslaw, fries, and Mac & cheese). Order was ready on time. Service was pleasant.
Great staff. Food marginal, not flaverfull. Cole slaw had an odd taste, like sour or garlic powder. No paper towels in BR. Dining room walls, patched up, dirty looking. Red pleather seats cracked and torn. Windows really dirty and old. Yet again, the older gentleman at register was very nice and friendly.

I place an online order before I left the house, which is ten minute's away. I ended waiting 20 mins for my food at the restaurant! One worker made the comment I'm just a door dasher. WHICH I AM NOT! I EVEN TOLD HIM I JUST HAVE A BAG TO KEEP MY FOOD WARM THE ORDER IS FOR ME. AFTER 20 mins of waiting in a dirty rude restaurant, when I got home I realized they didn't even give me my tenders! I had to go back, grab them. I asked about the sauce, the worker said don't worry it's in there. Got home, wrong sauce! To make things worse, I didn't realize they put extra crispy chicken in my bucket , I ordered original, they never said anything about it. My family doesn't like extra crispy. Never going back!! Do your self a favor and get your fried chicken from Publix!

Ordered a 12 piece family meal that is supposed to come with 6 biscuits. Get home and the box only had 4. Ordered a large mac and cheese and it looked old and had green beans mixed in. Also the 12 piece was to be mixed and it was all white meat except for 1 leg.
