The food is real Cuban and great with generous portions! Service is good and they are friendly. The atmosphere is a little lacking as it is dark with uncomfortable tables and chairs. Anyway, I am a somewhat regular because the food is SO GOOD!

If you’re looking for authentic Hispanic food, this is not the place. The menu is very limited, the food lacks flavor, and the prices are high for what you get. On our first visit, we ordered the ropa vieja, which was very bland. We decided to give it another chance, but on our second visit we were told they were out of steak when we tried to order palomilla and pan con bistec. We chose to leave and were still charged for our fountain sodas, which you would think would have been offered as a courtesy given the inconvenience. Also worth noting, as other reviewers have mentioned, they only accept cash.

Great Cuban Restaurant! The cuban sandwich was on point. The tostones rellenos were dynamite. However, the real star was the ropa vieja, the shredded beef was incredibly tender and flavorful. Large portions. Great atmosphere and service. They do not serve alcohol BUT you can bring your own! Cash only but they have an ATM on site.
NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Food came out cold and I asked them to take it back to reheat it.. they said the grill was off and they wouldn't do it and then the owner started yelling in the kitchen like it was my fault.. I've been going there for the last 10 years and I will never set foot in that place again they are very rude and unappreciative. There's a better Cuban place called hole in the Wall right near there that's actually better

This is a charming, old world restaurant. The service was outstanding. It's hard to make plain old yucca fries exciting, but they did it. The main meal was tasty and plentiful, and the flan was divine.
