Horrible place, horrible “customer service” ..what a joke. Nothing is EVER correct, then when you call upset by yet again another mess up, they hang up on you, you call back and talk to 2 others who both called me a liar about being hung up on. I don’t make up lies and how dare they suggested I did. The owner needs to step up the employee training or give up the franchise.
I just moved to Dunnellon four and a half months ago and I've been going to the McDonald's ever since they opened. It's definitely a hit and miss with that place but every McDonald's where I used to live in Osceola County was the same way. I guess it just comes down to what can you expect for minimum wage.
