Came in for a quick dinner. The odor was strong of old grease. The fries were over salted. You can’t see the screen due to malfunctioning making ordering difficult. Sad cause we frequently come here.

I just wanna know where the manager of this place is when the food is constantly like this. The McDonald’s in crystal river and the one in lecanto never serve old food. The McDonald in dunnellon is disgusting and serving old food that you can tell been siting for awhile. Spent 15$ just to throw it away this isn’t the first time fix the dunnellon location

Went to this McDonald’s to buy a happy meal for my daughter’s birthday and after paid and I was given my food first I was told they had no ice they knew they had no ice when I paid and decided not to aware anyone about this till afterwards because they knew you were less likely to return your order after you had paid . Needless to say I won’t be back to this McDonald’s

Idk why i keep coming here. My orders are always wrong and some of the people working here are rude. Last night will be my last time coming here. They were serving drinks with no ice and the soda was completely flat. If the machine is broken or there were issues, why are y'all serving and charging people for that? The fries were so old and hard and my burger order was wrong. The customer in front of me came through and was wanting a refund and i don't blame them.

As soon as they open the drive thru window you get blasted with the smell of a rotting dumpster. Food had something that tasted like old wet cigarette butt in it. I spit it out and nearly vomitted. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU VALUE CLEANLINESS.

Whoever’s on the overnight crew needs raises. All of them. I ordered delivery, the food came fast and hot. And they even gave me my McFlurry ❤️ i just moved here and my old McDonald’s would ALWAYS cancel the McFlurry 😭
