Been waiting to write this one. For the last month everytime I went into that McDonald’s they have messed up my order to where I had to go inside or get back in line for them to fix my order. I’ve been told multiple times “I wasn’t the one who took your order”. I go to McDonald’s a lot and I understand new people start there everyday basically but learn how to take damn orders otherwise go back to mommy and daddy so they can teach you to listen with your ears and not your mouth like a lot of the employees who work there like to do. They think because they are behind the counter they are better than the customer. One pissed off regular customer.

Stopped in a little after 5pm on Thursday. Immediately had to use the restrooms. They had just mopped and cleaned, wet floor sign out.After restroom I walked to order and was immediately greeted by an associate wearing a vintage McDonald's shirt.She asked me if I had a mobile order number, I did. I ordered.Drink station was stocked, condiments were not there but I asked for ketchup and was given some immediately.Food came out fast. Hot and fresh. Decently busy at this location but I didn't feel rushed.Overall good food experience.

It's McDonald's we all know the food lol. Service can be hit or miss nothing horrible just a little slacking off sometimes due to not paying attention or just "I don't want to be here" attitude. Other than that nothing wrong.

I've ordered nuggets on door dash. And this time they gave me ZERO SAUCES for my nuggets. This is the second time this has happened. I even ordered a SET SEPARATE order with extra sauces this time and still got nothing. UNPROFESSIONAL. How hard is it to put a few sauces in a paper bag?!

Came in to see a giant wall where the service counter used to be. There were no employees greeting of taking orders. People kept coming in/going out the employee entrance but nobody speaking to customers. After waiting for someone to take my order for longer than I expected to wait, I went to a kiosk and placed my order. Man was my order expensive. You would expect that when to food is so expensive, the employees would care a little bit about their customer's experience. Sorry to say, it will be a long time before I'm back.
