Pavarotti’s Pizza & Restaurant

Well... we have been dining here for the past 5 years. Tonight our pizza was burnt and had no sauce. My husband went to complain and the cashier yelled at him and told him that he best not complain because her son makes the pizza. When he tried to explain why he disliked the pizza she told him the conversation was over. Much more took place but this is the short story. The manager/owner finally came over and agreed with us. However, this did not stop this woman from still berating my husband. This to me was the absolute worst service we have ever had. I'm not quite sure if the place is going down hill. But to have a trashy older woman at the counter telling customers off is a bad sign!!

Call to order and phone says wireless customer you called is not available, try again later. Guy answered the phone and told my wife just because you keep calling won't make us answer the phone. Lost a weekly customer for life. Also going to tell everyone we know about this experience. Unbelievable!

Excellent pizza, but walk in when they are busy and the servers will huff you right out. Went there yesterday and while waiting at the front the server told us we had to wait in line. We just walked right out. Second time this happened, I guess I learned to order take out! Wish there were other options in our area....

When they get the order right, the food is fantastic. However, my orders are often incorrect. For example, today I ordered the gluten-free chicken Alfredo, but there was no chicken. The last time I ordered it, the sauce was just butter with no Parmesan cheese. Additionally, the noodles are frequently undercooked and very chewy. I continue ordering because it's the only gluten-free option in town, but I wish they would get it right every time.

If you are ordering for pick up better do it on line...I knew the girl that took my 1 pizza order on the phone would screw it up and she didn't disappoint...1 pizza 5 items...and it's wrong..even after repeating it

I'm recommending 💯 % everting is good

We love their chicken bacon ranch pizza and that they'll do half and half with the works pizza for an extra $2. We also love their mozzarella sticks. It's a small local place without too much seating that seems to do a lot of takeout business.

Best NY Italian style pizza. Thin crispy crust with amazing fresh tomato sauce. Quality cheese and generous toppings you can't go wrong here. Baked ziti and chicken dishes are top shelf. Pleasant staff, always friendly!!

The garlic knots, pizza and subs were excellent not to mention the Alfredo has to be the best Alfredo sauce I've ever eaten! I would recommend this restaurant to everyone!!!!
