Ordered 1 hour before they closed and had awesome staff ordered perfectly. No attitude of closing and they were very helpful. Pizza (supreme large) was awesome like always. Thanks Dunnellon Pizza Hut, we will be back.

I'll go out of my way and hit Little Caesars or frozen from here on out !!! Very unhappy workers here , everyone is miserable ! I ordered a New yorker with 3 toppings and extra cheese for $21.99 ...Then a soda for 2.69 with tax 26.41 ..OMG ...This is insane , No tip added !!!! OMG ...SO NOT WORTH IT .... So i get a strange smell and lift the lid and they layered the so called New York spices on it ...I remarked i was NOT asked about this and have gotten this before over a year ago and it was great without your add of these special spices . You should 100% ASK before adding these spices as they were not a good thing it was overpowering and yeap i threw the rest of that high dollar pizza away after we each had a slice ...Very disappointing and when i asked the lady who checked me out about that - Well ....It comes with that super heavy dusting of spices , So if you don't like it call us Why ? you just ruined a easy dinner for me... OVER PRICED PIZZA AT PIZZA HUT and it used to be the place to go for me Little caesars is half the price and 10 times better taste

Usually this Pizza Hut is 5 stars all the way around. The last visit was just less than satisfactory food wise but every other time it has been beyond exceptional. The staff is always very pleasant and it’s a great store. Jenny really does a great job with all of her employees.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcomed and the staff tends to love children always greeting them and making sure to give them individual attention making them feel included in the family oriented restaurant type setting.
Wheelchair accessibility: The store is wheelchair accessible.

Firstly, we only recieved half our order! We were missing a pepperoni pizza, dbl order of breadsticks and 2 sauces. Had to call 3x to talk to somebody about the missing items ( even have the reciept showing the missing items!!). Had to speak to some "teenager" who was very disrepectful and claimed to be manager. Had explain the situation and was actually "hung up on!" After making I made contact again told the mgr to deliver the food I ordered in 30 min or I was going to report the order as fraud!!
The rest of our food arrived over an hour later. Food was cold and inedible. Had to be thrown away!!
WITH ANY DUE RESPECT, THE MGR IN THAT DUNNELLON STORE SHOULD BE FIRED!! THAT STORE HAS DONE A SERIOUS DIS SREVICE TO THE PIZZA HUT NAME!! WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!
There needs to be some kinda of consistency I got some wings and there's barely any sauce on them but last time there was extra sauce. I should know what to expect everytime so I can order accordingly and ask for extra sauce or less sauce. No one wants dry wings
