Been coming here for close to 4 years and this past year(2024) it as gone down hill. The limeades have no flavor(even with extra added) the food as been ok but they do mess our order up alot and off duty employees walking into the kitchen with dirty clothes on (unsanitary to me)

TERRIBLE customer service and care DO NOT EAT HERE! My family LOVES Sonic. When we moved to Citrus Springs Florida we were so happy to find a Sonic nearby. Going there had been an awful experience. At one point they screwed up FOUR orders in a row. My family begged to give them another chance. After several correct orders they totally messed up or last order. WRONG FOOD and MISSING FOOD. This was the last straw. I told my family to not ask for it any more because I was not going to pay for it any more. They have stolen my money for the last time! They don't give a damn about their customers. Try to complain to anyone other than the local manager and you get a SMS Text service. YOU CAN'T EVEN EMAIL THEM OR TEXT A REAL PERSON. THEY SI MPLY DON'T CARE!!!
UPDATE: Thank you for the reply/inquiry. The fact that they have screwed up our orders and basically stolen my money so often implies that they just don't care, and now I no longer do either.

My family and our local church groups have been coming here for years. We would visit multiple times a month with large groups of people. It was always a great experience. I still visit when I come back to town.
