first time visiting this location and I will not be back. almost everything with my order had some issue. the most disgusting of which was my small shake which I received completely melted. the carhop did not bother to tell me it was melted, or why. it was so melted there was no way it was made for my order. my pretzel did not come with cheese. the cheese jalapeno poppers had GREEN BELL PEPPERS not jalapeno and the grossest American cheese inside that was not even MELTED. I've been to the sonic in Ocala many times and never had an order go this wrong. it seems I will keep going to that location instead. absolutely disgusting

I'm a hot dog guy. It's too far to go to Coney Island or Charlotte so my best location is Sonic or I should say was Sonic parrot the quality of the hot dogs has gone from a B- to a D- and the new tater tots they're selling should be described as grease balls make that old grease balls. Tonight was my last trip to Sonic in Dunnellon. Any recommendations?

The speaker through which you order was very unclear and we had a difficult time ordering. It is fast food but as far as fast food goes it is pretty much ok. Some of it was hot and some wasn't. The order was correct. I missed the little peppermint candy. I don't know if they stopped giving them or they just forgot ours. Charging 69 cents plus tax for a cup of water is outrageous. The 2 young children did share one and the rest of us went without. Not happy about that at all. Water is what we all drink. The kids had a good time in the fenced in area on the slide. There were a few tables so we didn't have to eat in the car but the tables were filthy and we had to use baby wipes to clean them.

Fix the craters around your business. This is ridiculous. How long does it take. They have been there forever & getting worse. Bathrooms are closed today also. How can your restaurant be open with no open bathrooms. Step it up people. Fix your atmosphere.
The location I went to did not even know their own menu , said they were out of things they had and the server would not make my grill cheese a meal when I kept telling her it was on kids menu either way please make it a meal! The grill cheese was amazing and I just wish I didn't have the hassle of the girl Madison from the dunnellon, Florida location.
