Drive up order, ordered # 3, brought out #2, requested original order, she was very polite.Honest mistake.Brought new order, sandwich- fries not fresh, stale bun dry burger, fries hard. Only place in town i order, time to school the staff, maybe some oversight necessay....Thank you.

There isn't much a smash burger and a Dr Pepper with vanilla and cherries can't fix! Staff is always really kind + fast.

Constantly giving wrong orders and the tater tots were audibly crunchy and had the texture of paving gravel. Some staff seem to be lazy and uncaring.

If you want to trash cp holders and other food bags, you can't seth Trash Cans, because there isn't any. No Garbage cans, where you can trash easily from the car.
Shake was spilled inside the holder with the lid not closed properly at the time when served in the car. What a mess we had in the car. Shake leaked thru the holder inside the car every where. Upon holding the glass to pull out of the holder, can't pull out hands were messy when held the glass.
Anyway, we spend more time cleaning the car and our clothes inside the Sonic parking lot than enjoying the shake.

Times typically fine and the workers seem nice, but few months ago like 3 of the menus weren’t working. today I got a smash burger and the bottom bun was super stale. A couple times I’ve ordered here and had a problem with my food.

Unfortunately this is the first time I have ever had an issue with food from sonic, Tots overcooked, Breakfast burrito was square because instead of cooking the correct amount to go in it they rolled up the burrito into the middle of it, Mozzarella sticks hard as a rock, only thing they managed to not screw up from my order was the drink, Burger was made upside down and thrown in the box. Ridiculous service today.
We came for the happy hour drinks and they were quite lovely we enjoyed them

Drove for doordash on this visit....I had to wait 35 mins to receive the order. Had to ask twice before actually getting it

Waited 30+ minutes for a shake, blast and soda. I pressed the button to ask about order . Was asked what the order was and no answer. So I had to walk up and ask where order was. They had no explaination. They made the order in less than 5 minutes while I stood there. Really!!! Won't go back
