Needs new management because how are you going to be without tuna for almost 2 weeks and now out of Turkey and ham ... I've managed stores before it's not hard to make sure you have what's needed.. and if you can't wait for a truck you get something for temporal use while informing customers the change in product and if they'd like to continue ... By being okay with not having the product needed to operate the business is costing the company more then it would to get a temporal substitute.. Do better

Stopped for my regular Italian BMT in a wrap, only Subway doesn't carry wraps anymore and I was surprised to see my order being made w a flatbread. Commented to the server regarding the discrepancy and was told Subway no longer carries the wraps, but rumor has it they may bring them back. Very disappointing. Is that typical of all the Subway franchises or just this one?

Bread was burnt and awful on the husbands sandwich. They’re was nothing to mine hardly I had a chicken sandwich with hardly any chicken on it. Do better subway.

Had 2 visits to this store in the past week. 1st visit: NO BREAD except Parmesan Herb. 2nd visit today: NO LETTUCE, meager amounts. Turkey sub had 1 piece of turkey, 1 tomato. 2nd subway was missing condiments requested. This store is not providing standard Subway quality. We will have to patronize the one in the Walmart next door.

Its 2:55pm the day before Hurricane Milton is set to arrive and Jasmine gave amazing service. Very informative of products that were out. And very knowledgeable with the subs available. The restaurant was clean and she worked the entire time I was there enjoying my meal from serving other customers to making sure the meats/veggies were fully stocked and ready to go to doing dishes. Way to go Jasmine you deserve a level up keep up the good work 👏

The best BMT footlong ever. Built how YOU want it. Daily specials are affordable, fresh and delicious. Again built the way YOU want it. Offered to help me out to my car. I had a recent stroke. Staff is so friendly. Just go. You won't be disappointed.
How can someone mess up a sandwich? Ask these employees, they've got it figured out. Undercooked bacon. Hardly any mayo. Stale bread. Wilted lettuce and tomatoes. Every single ingredient was awful. The place was filthy. I should've know better. Reporting them to the health department for uncooked meat and unsanitary conditions.

Won’t go back! Ordered to go, cheesesteak got home meat ball, called them and the female almost called me a liar saying “she made it herself”. Made me angry, when I showed up for my replacement the guy working there made a remark of “your Friend is here”! Very unprofessional!!!! Subway at Walmart so much better ?

I hate going to this store, seems like many of the staff are just rude and unfriendly. There is almost always a really long wait. I sometimes go in just to get a drink and they'll take several minutes with no one in the line or anything to come help me. I have walked out and left without ordering anything a few times, I only have a 30 minute lunch break and by the time I have a sandwich I won't even get to eat it.

We get the protein bowl, request and even pay for extra ingredients and it's always half empty and they always forget ingredients, like they forgot cheese for both of our meals. Please figure out the quality issues, it's getting harder and harder for me to convince my wife to get Subway ?
