How can someone mess up a sandwich? Ask these employees, they've got it figured out. Undercooked bacon. Hardly any mayo. Stale bread. Wilted lettuce and tomatoes. Every single ingredient was awful. The place was filthy. I should've know better. Reporting them to the health department for uncooked meat and unsanitary conditions.

Won’t go back! Ordered to go, cheesesteak got home meat ball, called them and the female almost called me a liar saying “she made it herself”. Made me angry, when I showed up for my replacement the guy working there made a remark of “your Friend is here”! Very unprofessional!!!! Subway at Walmart so much better ?

I hate going to this store, seems like many of the staff are just rude and unfriendly. There is almost always a really long wait. I sometimes go in just to get a drink and they'll take several minutes with no one in the line or anything to come help me. I have walked out and left without ordering anything a few times, I only have a 30 minute lunch break and by the time I have a sandwich I won't even get to eat it.

We get the protein bowl, request and even pay for extra ingredients and it's always half empty and they always forget ingredients, like they forgot cheese for both of our meals. Please figure out the quality issues, it's getting harder and harder for me to convince my wife to get Subway ?

I have found that using the app to order ahead usually gets you in and out fast. At times, sandwich artists can be backed up with big orders and food not ready. Always friendly with good food and plenty of options for most people. My husband loves their cheese steak subs.

I would give a no star review if able to, so I'm only giving a 1 star as we came here for dinner and the guy working was just overloaded. And this isn't the first time we have been here and it has been this way. We watched multiple people walk out as he had no help to make orders between us in store customers and the door dash orders. Surely this could be prevented. But a huge thanks to the guy for making our subs and doing what he needed to make sure we were taken care of. Store was dirty, bathrooms were nasty and trash was full.....

This has to be the absolute slowest place I have ever been too. Might as well forget ordering online they don't even begin to work on you food until you get there. Been stuck waiting 30 mins now more than once waiting on an online order, we will never return ..ever.

I know that the people in there are friendly and are trying their best but that has been the worst subway for cleanliness and very Rundown you can't see the meat when they're putting it on your bread so you don't know if it's fresh or if it's been there for days that Subway needs a huge makeover redone cleaned sanitized all of the above even the food containers have iced over

Everything indicates that they are open until 10pm everyday. That is NOT true, I was there at 9:30 and the doors were already locked. I understand that is close to closing time, if it’s too close then just close at 9pm or post that you stop serving sooner. Not a good way to run a business if you can’t even keep the hours you claim to keep.

My daughter went in there to order food. The lady was very rude. She disrespected my daughter over and over again. today to talk to a manager and she keeps hanging up on me. This is ridiculous. We won’t be coming back out to Dunnellon and I am going to reach to the higher authority to make sure she loses her job.
