Not There
We called this establishment to reserve a table and were informed that reservations were not required. We drove there and, to be honest, were put off by the exterior of the property. It seemed sketchy, so we never entered. My rating is only on the exterior of the building and property.
My wife is Argentinian and as a family that enjoys exploring new restaurants, we were excited to give The Equestrian Grill a try. While the staff was friendly and the service was truly great, the food, unfortunately, missed the mark for us. It lacked the authentic Argentinian flavors we’ve come to love and respect from genuine Argentinian cuisine.
We really wanted to love this place and still hope to give it another try in the future. It has the charm of a mom-and-pop spot, and we’d love to have a local favorite like that to call our regular. Fingers crossed for next time!
This used to be a magnificent place…. Went there yesterday and found out administration changed…. Terrible. They killed this restaurant. Not even worth mentioning. Terrible ambiance , burnt oil smell, service. NOT worth going. Empanadas were ok….
New management and new menu, very disappointed with the new options and how they’ve eliminated all authentic Argentinian.
The quality of the food still good we had empanadas.. but be ready to only have spaghetti pizza and very few grill items. Service is meh… 🫤
Unfortunately we won’t be coming back..
Took over an hour to get our food, most of it was wrong. Used to be good but is under new management
It was awful, we would never go back. I don’t see how this place stays open . If I could give them zero stars I would.
My chicken was not good still rough . My granddaughter pizza was not cooked all the way . I order water (water bottle) she gave me a cup with ice …when I pour my water into the cup you see stuff floating in my cup. I told her to take the cup and just give me another bottle water with no cup . She brings me a cup half full with water and ice . This place is not good at all . Also online their business name is different then the restaurant. Equestrian Grill online on receipt says hilltop bistro and ice cream. I truly
Food was terrible and service was terrible there too. -1000/100 would not recommend to anyone.
We had never been to The Equestrian Grill so we gave it a try. My husband's canzone was not cooked long enough, very doughy. My broccoli was cold. My chicken had a good flavor but it was slightly overcooked. There were 3 of us and we were the only ones in the place for 20-25 minutes, we still didn't have our food then. The couple that came in, sat down near us, the gentleman ordered a calzone. My order, my girlfriends order came our and my husband's calzone never did, but the gentleman's calzone came out shortly after he had sat down & placed his order! The server brought my husband's calzone to him and the two of us were eating while my husband watched, we asked and she said, or sorry, they had 3 calzone orders so she mixed them up!! with only two sets of customers in the entire restaurant!!! She was on her phone constantly, was not attentive at all unless you would motion for her to come over to the table. 🤦♀️
I was very disappointed, the food was cold, like fridge cold!!! We ordered the big parillada $130+ the flavor of the meats, it was noticeable that they were not fresh, it was probably cooked the day prior or during the morning, but it was not fresh. The chicken had to be returned to be heated. No wonder why this place is always empty. At least the server was great.

I read the reviews before come and should have listened. We have been here once before and it was great. I thought I give it a try despite the negative reviews. Apparently, they have new owners. We arrived at 2:11 nobody was here. It took 45 for our food to arrive. Ordered the steak MR with mash potatoes broccoli. Calzone with side salad. The cheese was not melted. The dough was not cooked. The steak was well done. I couldn't even eat my Calzone. Will never return. 50.00 for a lunch we couldn't eat.
Wish they would've served me the correct cut of steak that I paid for. My churrasco looked like a chuck cut. Very dry and hard. Nothing like what a churrasco looks like or what it even looked like on the menu. Service was a bit slow but at least server was nice.
New owners are running this place down. The food is never what is used to be. Instead of 2 pieces of meat, they now serve 1.They close the ice cream door access that is in front of their handicap parking which made a handicap customer walk all the way around to get an ice cream. They now serve kings Hawaiian rolls instead of the garlic bread knots they used to have which was a big turn down. I went for ice cream and the lady told me to read the prices, being rude, when I asked her. Past owners used to be so welcoming to everyone. Good luck... you got big shoes to fill.
Burgers, fries, pizza to go
New owners. They're trying.
