Beware if you go here when Sam? The GM is working be prepared to be treated horribly. My husband went there and asked for the special which involves the TB Lightning. If they score a certain amount of points the customer gets a free burger with their regular order. He even provided the app which shows the promotion. The GM became hostile and argumentative saying she “never got an email” she began yelling at my husband, who is a senior, and disabled vet. Telling him he wasn’t getting “a free hamburger “ it was disgraceful. He has had no issues with this same promotion at another Wendy’s in the area. When he asked her what her name was she yelled “GM!” There are Wendy’s in Lecanto, CR, and Ocala. Avoid this one. Hey JAE Restaurants get this woman some customer service training

I just had the bigger bag to Junior cheese, bacon, biggie, bag and date and had a frosty chocolate. Frosty service was excellent and the food was really good too. I'll be going back there as there's one the better Wendy's run I've been to so sorry ones but this is pretty good

just to start. it was a mobile order. so they had 15 minutes to prepare the food right. Whatever. get to window and sit for 15 more minutes… whatever. food comes out and i go home. burger was supposed to be specific items. it literally has it on the ticket. came with everything. sauce tastes like absolute garbage. even worse. the lady with pink hair was rude? not very many places in dunnellon this will take the cake(above kfc) for worst fastfood place

Just left with a cold smashed sloppy burger and underdone chicken nuggets. Nasty. Don’t have time to be driving all the way back or I’d demand a refund.

Well managed, clean, hard workers. I was annoyed I couldn't use the bathroom because it was locked and for customers only... which I hadnt ordered yet but they let me use the bathroom after I told them I was going to order afterwards. They manage the place well and I was impressed because everyone working there was under 30 years old.

Had to wait for over 20 minutes to get my food on the drive thru to find out it wasn’t my order. Had to go inside and they treated me like I was lying only to realized they had given my order to someone else. Remaking my order they made it wrong one more time and finally the third time they made it right

If I could give zero I would. I got a little chicken sandwich and a half a box of fries that were cold and overly salted. Chicken wasn't hot and the Tea was sour. Do better. Very poor quality and taste. One bite done. Save your time, money and health.

Got a pick up order and went to eat my sandwich, noticed a long hair on the outside. I was like ok maybe it’s just the outside. No it was between the meat. I did not want anything at all but to make them aware maybe they need to be taking more precautions when getting food ready and the “manager” I spoke to just wanted to keep repeating they are wearing hair nets and following what they need to. Obviously not!!! Just say ok I apologize and keep it moving. Not even a sorry. One person doesn’t make a difference in a business but I won’t be going back ever. You can see the cheese on the hair I pulled out. Like come on! Between the two pieces of meat?! Smh

Terrible service tonight Nov 2nd 2025 no cars in the drive thru and the outside looks like it's closed all lights off including on the screen to the drive thru. But the lobby doesn't even close until 10. I ordered a Dave's double apparently they have changed the menu which ok that's fine but they didn't give me my right order even though they charged me for it and I said it twice over the speaker correcting him from the single he tried to put down as what I wanted when we pull up to the drive thru he's giving us the wrong sized drinks he quickly replaced them which was good. We then get home and I find I was given the single which was upsetting since I did correct him more then once and I live about 20 minutes away from town so going back is a lot of gas at the very least so ii tried calling them and all the phone did was ring and ring and ring and both my baked potato and the single burger tasted like cardboard. If this was the only time this has happened to me I would not be posting this but every time I give dunnellon wendys a chance they keep messing up my order in some way or another and when I say every single time I mean every single time unfortunately and one of the girls there named Addison is absolutely rude and always throws our bags in threw our window and when she's taking orders she has no patience and because she won't be patient she doesn't listen to what we are ordering and gets snippy when we correct her then when we pull up she's practically yelling at us to pay her terrible service on her part for sure. And then when I came in one day with my boyfriend to complain about another messed up order the whole crew were laughing and making fun of my boyfriend and she's the one that started it first it was so embarrassing I have photo and video proof of everything and while we were dealing with that we saw a roach crawl across in front of us I also have photo proof of this as well. I hope wendys tries to improve I don't want to have to mark one of the very few fast food restaurants in dunnellon off my list because they can't seem to get there act together. I try to go if I see Angie there she's so sweet and bubbly and she helps and makes orders right as soon anything is brought to her attention I believe she is a great asset to this place.

The girl that took our order at the drive thru window was the sweetest, cheeriest girl, so pleasant...amazing customer service!! 5+ stars!....just look for the adorable blue hair! :)
That being said, the GM there tonight was the rudest, nastiest, most obnoxious person I have ever encountered at a restaurant in my life. No exaggeration. Truly awful 😖 I definitely won't be going back there anytime soon because of her. Soooo rude!!!

I asked the cashier about 1.99 kids meal after 4 pm bc it’s 4:30 now, she said it’s at certain participating restaurant. So they took our $1.99 coupon. The girl cashier brought the lady with the “eyes” to help, I could hear heckling in the back and the lady with the eyes was being very prissy nice but you know with attitude. This shouldn’t be tolerated, we can afford the full meal, but just asking should be funny or heckling, no matter how much money we make, it’s not free we work for it. I’ll be avoiding this place. Crystal River nicer than here.
