I'm so tired of being asked to pull forward when there's nobody behind me to wait on my food. Isn't the point of the timers that are placed on the window to let corporate know exactly how you are doing? But instead you guys have us pull forward to get us out of the timer view. So it looks like you're doing a better job than you actually are. I got attitude this morning about not wanting to move my vehicle for the second time. I didn't even eat my food and threw it out because I was in fear of it being tampered with. Will never stop at this Wendy's again.

A very clean Wendy's location and surprisingly fast service for a clearly understaffed time of day. The food was exactly as i ordered it and all the staff i interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

The little blonde teenager at the drive thru was so rude. She was just popping her gum and rolling her eyes the whole time she handed us our food. We had to go back around bc she forgot our straws and she blatantly rolled her eyes at us and still did not say a single work. Horrible customer service.

I was in about 25 minutes ago and ordered a Baconator combo. When got home checked only had 1 piece of bacon when is sold as a sandwich with 6 pieces which is why is called a Baconator. I tried calling to complain and the phone just rang and rang and no one picked up. This was a hour before close. This Burger is almost 3 dollars more than a regular burger and I didn’t get what paid for. Bad review and most likely won’t go back. Someone should do customer service their and it is the managers job for calls, I know this because I used to work in fast food. Date 8/23

New Manager is rude and has no customer service skills. Sweet Tea is always watered down and disgusting but they try to give it to you anyway. They are out of stock on things and forget your items.

The staff at this restaurant are generally pleasant, but the manager is so rude it’s borderline. She is not only verbally aggressive, but instantly combative and put-out at even the slightest inconvenience or request. My order was wrong, items were missing.

I have not been to this location in a while I am very dissatisfied with everything that's been going on today they messed up my order whenever they went to fix my order something as simple as a baconator they end up giving me burnt bacon literally crisp down to the ash poor customer service skills other than the person at the second window it just makes me angry right now how bad this it place is
