The food was fresh and hot , I enjoyed the people working very nice and bathrooms were very clean
My family and I eat here all the time and we've NEVER had a less than exceptional experience. Such an upbeat and happy crew! It's obviously under new management cause that place has really turned around! The food is always hot and fresh and the staff is super friendly! Thanks BK!
To start, customer service was bar none. No smiles or courteous words from any of the employees including the manager behind the counter. Then with a glance in the back- containers left on almost every shelf opened and unsealed, iced coffee pitcher left out with a gruely stained cellophane hanging from the handle, and even multiple trays above heating tables stacked to the top with premade food (during an obvious slow sales period). The staff were very respectful and a young man made delicious mocha shakes. The place is ugly, run down and a little dirty. The outside walls are crumbling and the parking lot looked like a war zone. The building showed water damage and the roof tiles were wet.
