I like to buy fresh un-shucked oysters at Barbers. When we have visitors and guests, I buy a half bushel so I can shuck the oysters myself and put them on the BBQ for our company. I have never been disappointed by the quality at Barbers. The pints of shucked oysters are also very good.

You will never go wrong by stopping to pickup any type of Seafood, Oysters .....very few oyster houses around in our county that still supports the oyster shuckers--you will get to witness how they process the oysters & hopefully be able to see them unload the boats with shrimp, mullet & etc...In fact they are the only seafood house left in our county that stills process all the seafood...Stop by to enjoy some good old-time talking & witness a commercial fisherman catch for the day...Barber's Seafood supports our public school has always gone out of there way to help make things better for our county...Thank you .
