We had baked caprese salad and a small Mediterranean salad as an appetizer. They were both delicious and fresh tasting! We then ordered lasagna and Italian vegetable pasta for our entrees. They were some of the best dishes we have had while staying on SGI! It was such a delight to escape the deep-fried seafood for a night! We are definitely going back! Don’t pass this place up! You won’t regret it!
Mangia was recommended to me by a local, and it did not disappoint. I typically avoid crossing the bridge once I’m settled on the island, but I was in desperate need of a lasagna dinner for arriving guests. Kim was incredibly accommodating and really took care of us. The lasagna, salad, and bread were fantastic—honestly, the food was so authentic that my guests thought I had been prepping in the kitchen all day! Great local Italian restaurant in the heart of Eastpoint, across from the bay. Short drive from SGI, Apalachicola and Carrabelle areas. I had the French dip and it was delicious 😋 We are known for seafood in our area, but this place should be on your list if you are in the area. Eat up!
