Last minute date night to La Familia and we were NOT disappointed! Our sweet waitress started us off with their incredible homemade sangria and sampler platter. The 3 different types of empanadas were some of the best we've ever had! Tostones and yucca fries were perfect too! We were pretty full already when our main dishes came out, but the carne guisada was so tender and the marinade it was in was to die for!!! We will be adding La Familia to our rotation!
Just wanted to share that I found a gem serving Puerto Rican food in the area. I ordered takeout and was greeted by the friendliest women. The place has an authentic vibe that caught my eye immediately. I tried a few dishes and was blown away—it was like eating my mom's cooking. I Can't wait to go back and try more!
