This place should be replaced with new employees or just shut it down! My husband and I ordered a meal and the burger was pretty much thrown together. Cheese wasn't melted and the meat looked like it had been from days ago. So we asked for a refund of the sandwich itself. The manager asked what was wrong with it, and we explained to her. She did not want to refund so she kept asking if she could give us another sandwich or the next time we came to get another one. We said no we just want a refund. If unprofessional was a person it would definitely be that manager. It was like being on the phone with a call center agent and the agent rebuttals everything you say. Oh and here is the worst of the whole encounter...đSo she goes to refund the sandwich only, then comes back and asks for the fries and drink that my sick grandbaby put her hands on and takes it back through the window.

i entered the drive thru yesterday, naseous.. like extremely sick from the heat and being 17 weeks pregnant needing something to eat. okay cool, everyone in the car orders their food. so we thoughtâŠ. we get to the window after not being told a total at the speaker âokay pull up to the second windowâ were the words used. no issue with whoever took our order it wasnât his fault his coworker who made someone leave the drive thru in tears. we get to the window and being extremely ill needing to eat my mom (driving) makes sure that we have all the food as we ordered a melt, 4 piece nugget for my son, and what i thought id get is the number one meal. which is the whopper and at the speaker we were asked âcheese or no cheeseâ as we ordered that meal medium with a coke and somehow i only received a cokeâŠ. we were INSTANTLY met with an attitude when asking about what food was in the bags before they were handed to us, like this guy swings his arm up to his headset to mute himself on the speaker box and opened the bag with a rude smirk and then his tone was even more rude when he said âthis is the 4 piece nuggetâ he was some curly blonde haired guy, silver frame glasses, my mom said he had a skin tag on his nose just for a good description of this person who made me leave the drive through in tears. i even tried telling him like itâs okay if it didnât get put in right, we were asked questions about that meal as ordering it. we tried to even ignore his attitude towards everyone at first, i even popped my head down said âhey im just sick and pregnant can we please just get the sandwich and the friesâ it would have willingly been paid for he meets us with âsorry we have no burgers to sell to you guysâ after arguing with my mom because she asked him why he was being that way towards us. this is my second pregnancy and people have messed up my food while pregnant before okay, people have been rude, but i have never ever left a drive thru in tears because of the way someone treated me. we were so freaking nice and just met with so much rudeness. i worked at burger king on the south end of crestview and did night shifts for a good while at the burger king in niceville. like i was training towards manager before i left⊠i know when thereâs customers that are rude and i know how exactly it can be working the drive thru, if i wasnât cleaning stuff for close i was working the window. okay anyways, we met him with nothing but genuine questions about the food, once you stick it out the window and the person grabs it you cannot take it back. like i was sitting in the drive thru line trying not to throw up, everyone got their suff but me and we were met with attitude when trying to figure out how to fix it. he didnât offer any suggestions or anything. just attitude and such such such rudeness. never had such a terrible experience absolutely anywhere.

We went through the drive-thru and the gentleman that helped me, was so kind. He was so friendly, and making sure he got my order correct. I enjoyed the customer service he put out there. He is friendly, nice, and very thorough.Although, my burger was wrong at least my kids food were right. LOL !

Horrible. Worst experience at a Burger King ever. Never get food right and are incredibly rude. The manager working here now is awful. She will just walk away from your or toss food at you and not say a word and they canât even get simple things right on orders. This place used to be a good Burger King.

Wow closed up before closing hours.
Very disappointed. Asked for whopper no onion w rings; got two cold small patties in a whopper bun with onion, and fries. Sandwich was nasty, and Iâm not picky. Do better.
Worst fast food anywhere. Order was wrong. Server could not understand what we were ordering. Overall skip this place.

The people are always friendly at this location, the only problem is, I have not ever received a hot burger out of this store yet. I asked them multiple times that I have went this store. If I could get my burger fresh off of the flame broiler, they always tell me yes, but the burger is not hot. I'm not sure if they run one through the broiler but give me an old one or what. We pay too much money for all food not just at this location. Get something that's been sitting for 10 or 15 minutes. As much as we pay it should be cooked our way. No pun intended.
