As someone that lives in Boston, this was the worst Dunkin’ I’ve been too. Not enough coffee (literally mostly milk, with quite a lot of space left between lid and the liquid, and when I asked for more coffee was told it was extra.

This would be fine but the attitude—girl didn’t want to be there, and woof it was clear. Also why was a small iced coffee 7?

Management tells them to use expired product. It stinks in the business like something is rotting. PS, everything is frozen from the bagels/donuts to the cookies and even the eggs.

Apparently cash only, this is an airport DD so of course it’s busy. I waiting online for about 20 mins (not a problem) but then to only be informed it was cash only. (The line was out the store) The girl behind the counter was very rude about it too.

This store only need required help...it's too much for one person to handle. This is a pretty busy airport, the reps are exceptional especially Renae. Very helpful, multitasking and professional!

Girl behind the counter wouldn't even turn around or acknowledge us even though we stood there politely for 5 minutes...TSA walked up and they ordered with no problem and then the girl went back to ignoring us???
