If you are not dieing don’t eat here. I work at the airport so take it from me. From cold foods to nasty attitudes I’ve experienced bad service several times but today was the worst hence this review. I walked into the store I guess this person was doing something else In the back they looked upI didnt yell for help or anything she looked up saw me and it was as if I shouldn’t have stepped inside from the response to the facial expression. It made my order didn’t realize the sandwich automatically come with bacon and she didn’t ask what protein I wanted. On seeing her prepare it I simply asked her to just remove the bacon and everything else was fine she flared up and bursted out “so what protein do you want” as I tried to explain it again she tossed it in the garbage. I told her I don’t want it just hand me the drink. She said ok and that was it.

As someone that lives in Boston, this was the worst Dunkin’ I’ve been too. Not enough coffee (literally mostly milk, with quite a lot of space left between lid and the liquid, and when I asked for more coffee was told it was extra.
This would be fine but the attitude—girl didn’t want to be there, and woof it was clear. Also why was a small iced coffee 7?

Apparently cash only, this is an airport DD so of course it’s busy. I waiting online for about 20 mins (not a problem) but then to only be informed it was cash only. (The line was out the store) The girl behind the counter was very rude about it too.

This store only need required help...it's too much for one person to handle. This is a pretty busy airport, the reps are exceptional especially Renae. Very helpful, multitasking and professional!
