Food is expensive but isn't worth it. Barely any filling on the bagels unless you pay extra, not seasoned and bland.
3.40 for a large regular coffee...
The employees are always friendly and the food is always fresh. A very reliable place to get a good quick breakfast and a morning coffee. Seating is limited to just two tables so I would suggest a quick grab and go.

It's a hospital...so atmosphere not great. The servers are excellent! The food and coffee are great...but prices are terrible. No rewards. And often they run out of the size cup you want or ingredients. I can get bigger coffe for cheaper and every 5th one free at Dunkin and they never run out of cups or ingredients.

Impressive Einstein Bros. Bagels experience! Service was top-notch and lightning-fast. Perfect for a quick, satisfying breakfast and coffee fix.
Everything is boiled in a bag or microwaved. Nothing is fresh! It's a convenience for staff but who puts a restaurant in the hospital?!

The last three times ive gone through the shop they have messed up my order. And the quality of the messed up order is subpar at best. If the workers werent talking so loudly they might be able to hear the orders correctly.
Delicious
The bagles were good but the staff seemed more interested in talking to each other then helping customers. It appeared there were several employees in the kitchen area and they were all talking making it very noisy.
Smears are the bomb!
Bagels are great but the heavenly cookies aren't really heavenly anymore. They used to be soft and gooey but now they're overbaked.
