This place employees bad attitude 😒 Talking about you and we can hear through speaker. If I say I don't want All breast in my 10 piece box don't mean give me all legs 20 dollar box of chicken. Equal the pieces out I heard they gonna be closing down good 👍 or get new workers!! All new. These don't want u to ask for what u want they wanna give what they want u to have catch attitude if u ask for something different. I am over them want be back

Went to Popeyes’s on eglin with my wife and I must say it was by far the best customer service experience I have had in so long. It wasn’t a problem for them to go above and beyond to accommodate what we were asking. And the respect and professionalism that was shown by both Olivia and Spencer was top ten. Very recommended and thank you guys so much.

Food was as expected but service was very slow. Line had to wait while they caught up and they didn't allow anyone to order until they were done.

The people are nice, but slow service. 45 min for a 16 pcs family meal and 1 apple pie. It only takes like 15 min to cook the chicken.

Gives you the wrong food and then will not answer the phone for you to tell them. Because you’ve made it home and realize you got the wrong food and not driving 30 minutes back

Placed app order at 5:40 didn't get food till 6:30, quite literally burnt my entire shift break just to get food on base.

Went to the Popeyes on Eglin afb on 7/9/25 and there was a girl there by herself and she was great. There were a lot of people in line and I had a big order. The service was very fast and extremely professional. Great job. The food as always was amazing.

Popeyes...always a hit. They do some fine chiicken.. Its not greasy...light and flaky..cooked to perfection. And the spicy..man...it hits the spot. Chicken pros!! Their sandwich...will whop.chick fil a!!! Its bigger and better...and the spicy version...punches away above the crowd!!

Went to order ghost pepper sandwich which is available on the plain chicken as a #1. Cashier placed my order as a #2, which adds bacon and cheese without telling me.

I ask nicely for the service manager, and he berates me because he says the ghost pepper sandwich is only available with bacon and cheese, yet the sign board next to his head says otherwise.

He then tells me to be more polite as it is hectic in the kitchen.
