I’ve ordered a caramel macchiato three times from here and there is no caramel in it every single time! Three times in a row, enough for each rotation of employees to mess this up. Am I ordering this drink wrong?

I know that Starbucks always has a turnover of employees ? but they still try to maintain excellent quality, service, and customer service. We see a new face ? each time we visit. But way to go, Starbucks. Keep up the good work ?Parking: The parking lot is to congested most of the time ⏲️. Cars are coming in and are trying to get out.

Arrived before closing. Waited in line for 10 minutes plus; store associate came out and stated that they were closed. Told us to plan better. Asked us to leave.

This place is embarrassing to the Starbucks brand and shouldn't be on post. Not only are the baristas rude and incompetent but also can't seem to handle their job. When asked very politely to use much less ice the barista gets pissy. And their hair is not secured properly. That's why black hair was in my drink. Disgusting.
