“Made a special trip to st Augustine on Memorial Day just to check out DJs. Extremely nice staff, and phenomenal fried clams. Had Both a cold and hot lobster roll, and a shrimp roll. I have to say I preferred the cold lobster roll over the hot, they were both very different so to try to compare the two isn’t fair. The cold one is so flavorful with some seasonings. The hot one was also good with just butter. The shrimp roll was also great! Because they were closing for the week they didn’t have any full bellies which is why I made the trip. But it’s okay because we will def be going back to eat!! Highly recommend”

“We had Tallarines Verdes with hanger steak and Mar Y Tierra. Both were amazing and a good portion size. For dessert we had Sacred Valley. It was so delicious that we contemplated ordering a second for the car ride home. If we are back in St. Augustine, we will be coming back to Llama.”

“A group of us went to Sonnys on the Fourth of July for lunch. The ribs were very good some said the best they’ve ever had. I had the big meal deal with the beef sandwich and the beef was very tender. Service was great. Only thing we miss is the salad bar🥲”

“Nice tucked away ice cream shop, with some tasty ice cream flavors. I enjoyed the salted caramel. Service was good, and plenty of samples till I found the flavor I wanted. Nice respite from the heat of the evening while walking downtown.”

“We’ve been coming to Ruby Tuesday every Thursday for a long time now, and one of the biggest reasons we keep coming back is *Kat*. She is hands down the best server we’ve ever had — not just here, but anywhere.
Kat always greets us with a smile, remembers our usual orders, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine kindness make every visit feel like we’re dining with a friend. Even when the restaurant is busy, she never misses a beat and still gives us amazing service.
Kat truly makes Ruby Tuesday feel like a second home for us on Thursdays. We can’t say enough good things about her — she’s exceptional!
Thank you, Kat, for being the absolute best!

“I had the vegan version of the breakfast burrito, and it was truly scrumptious! In addition, the hibiscus & champagne beverage i ordered was perfect! The lady serving me was very friendly, as was the other lady working with her. I definitely intend to return, and based on this initial experience I highly recommend this place:: great vibe, food, decor etc.!”

“St Augustine, the nation’s oldest city, is rich in history and charm, cobbled streets, Spanish façades, and a gentle coastal breeze that softens even the most determined tourists. Amid the souvenir shops and the occasional thrumming parade of helmetless Harley-Davidson riders, La Nouvelle Bistro stands apart: elegant, calm, and quietly confident.
Set in a beautifully restored antebellum home once owned by Thomas Jefferson’s great-granddaughter, it feels timeless. We sat on the wraparound porch as dusk settled, tended to with poise and warmth by Johanna, professional, kind, and effortlessly in control.
We chose the chef’s three-course dinner with wine pairing. Bread arrived warm with butter from Normandy, impossibly rich and golden. Then oysters, pure and briny, followed by tuna crudo bright with citrus, herb oil, fennel, and tomato concassé, as refined as it was refreshing. The fillet that followed was flawless: tender, pink, resting in a pepper and crimini mushroom sauce with truffled potatoes and haricots verts. Dessert, a dark chocolate pot de crème with chantilly cream, was divine, though the paired pseudo-port jarred - a Sauternes would have been perfection.
La Nouvelle is that rare find: a restaurant of genuine grace and ambition, quietly outshining its surroundings. We’ve eaten at Chez Panisse in Berkeley and this, remarkably, is right up there, if not just a touch above.”

“Disclaimer: I’m a native Texan, traveling on vacation.
This place offered an elevated dining experience. It wasn’t your typical local food joint. We only had appetizers and drinks, but that was enough to know it was exactly what our foodie hearts were craving.
We tried two craft cocktails—the Double Vision and the Lavender Haze. Whoever came up with the idea of mixing carrot, ginger, whiskey, and fennel was pure genius. It was such an exciting drink, perfectly made—we could’ve easily had a few more. The lavender drink was equally refreshing and intoxicating.
Small menu - which we love. We like when restaurants perfect everything, instead of a large menu where everything is mediocre.
We enjoyed the fish and sausage egg roll.
I’m a Minorcan chowder girl, and I could’ve easily swum in a bathtub of that tasty conch soup. It was that good.
The atmosphere was peaceful and beautiful, setting the perfect vibe for an intimate experience. Everything about the vibe was just right.”

“For the price, you can't top this place. Sushi was roughly as good as that you'd find at 150% of the menu prices here. It's not going to blow your mind or be the best sushi you ever ate, but it's still good sushi for crazy low prices.”

“Best sub I believe I've had in a restaurant. The 12 inch was all I could eat. My wife had a 8 in and couldn't finish. It's a big sub. There are so many options to choose from it took us awhile to decide”

“We absolutely love St. Augustine restaurants, and somehow this is the first time we’ve found this hidden gem! Now that we’ve found this place, it will by far be our go to breakfast spot. The biscuits and burritos are out of this world delicious! We can’t wait to go back and try more items. The atmosphere was amazing and great people! Run, go eat here ASAP!”

“I was on vacation when I saw this restaurant in St. Augustine FL. I saw the menu and said I have to go in and get something! I am a grilled cheese connoisseur and I make some good ones myself but oh my gosh, the grilled Mac and Cheese I had with I can't remember what kind of meat was AMAZING! So was the tomato soup! This amazing 70's music was playing inside and I was dancing waiting for my take out. It was so cool inside! They asked for my name and I told them. Little did I know when I came back in a few days later where we ate inside that time, that the man who waited on me 2 days before would remember me and call me by name! Holy cow! That was so cool! He said it was because I was dancing. I'm a dancer with 5 trophies so yeah, I was dancing to that good music but to remember me like that! If you love grilled Mac and Cheese or just grilled cheese in general and you love tomato soup, you have to eat here! I promise you will not be disappointed at all! Next time I want some Poutine and another sandwich! YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
