“Absolutely wonderful ❤️. You will question that you are entering the restaurant because it's not really denoted, but it's worth the adventure.Situated on a golf course, you think to yourself that you shouldn't be here, but you SHOULD.The food is so wonderful that it is absolutely worth the drive off the beaten path. Everything from house specialties to their mainstays. Service is A+. I'm so glad we stopped!!!!!Vegetarian options: They are so very willing to work through any dietary restrictions.”
“Tucked one lot over from the Village Inn in a humble, unassuming house exists the home of one of the best meals I've ever had.I've wanted to come here since they opened and my birthday celebration was the perfect opportunity. Be sure to make reservations! This isn't a walk-in place. Parking was ample, although I can see it becoming tight depending on how crowded they get.The interior was pleasant and well-done, subtle yet comfortable. We were seated immediately and Kirsten introduced herself as our server. She provided wonderful service throughout the meal, whisking used dishes away while keeping waters full, being attentive without being overbearing. She did not rush us in any way and we were able to order appetizers and enjoy them before putting in our entrees.Like a kid in a candy shop, I ordered three appetizers to share. We had the Sweet and Spicy Sunomono, The Bloom buns, and the Hokkaido Scallop Crudo. All were an amazing combination of flavors in their own rights. Chef Barry himself served the Scallop Crudo and it was a great experience to have the opportunity to meet him.The Bloom buns were the absolute best buns I've ever tasted, served warm with a side of sweet kimchi butter that I wanted to eat by itself, a far better option to the proverbial bread baskets served in other restaurants. The Sunomono were refreshing and exciting, and I loved the crunchy contrast of the cashews. The Scallop Crudo's scallops were from Japan and served raw, which took us all off guard, yet we devoured it. Served cold with the creamy accompaniments and razor thin sliced truffles, it is a wonderful start to what was coming next.On to the main course. My wife had the Banchan served with lettuce leaves for wrapping. The pork belly was phenomenal. The kids both had the Sweet Soy Braised Brisket ramen and devoured it. I selected the Spicy Tan Tan ramen with spicy ground pork in a sesame sichuan-coconut broth and could not have been more pleased with the depth of flavors. The spice was perfect for me, making my forehead sweat without burning off my tongue. At one point I thought to save half for lunch the next day but that proved to be beyond my self-control and I finished it all, including the perfectly prepared soft egg.Side tip we learned --> there are two dishes that end in "Mazeman" and both of these are not in broth. Their noodles are mixed in a sauce instead. We couldn't leave without sharing the two dessert options. There was a Hot Cocoa and Donuts which comes with two cups of the cocoa, and Kusaki, a chocolate miso crumble cake that was beyond amazing. You need to dig your spoon all the way to the bottom as it is prepared in layers, each one better than the next. There is also a nice assortment of Japanese beers, saki, and cocktails available.Lotus Noodle Bar is a blessing and gem to have in our area, and I highly recommend trying it if you enjoy ramen or just delicious food in general. I can't wait to return.”
“Peter Kalleres and his “A Team” are five stars amazing in every way!! They were professional, personable, “hands on” and impressively attentive to every guest! Peters’ excellent leadership of his staff made our sons and fiancé rehearsal dinner at “The Bailey Bar” simply the best ? !!! The food was first class delicious. The service and atmosphere from the planning stage to the event itself was excellent! Each of our 47+ guest felt special. We as host felt proud. Every detail from the table arrangements to the table and bar top decor that I requested was impeccable. Most importantly the hospitality to all was remarkable, joyful and fun. Thank you Peter for being you! ???❤️??Proud parents of the groom,Andrea and Frank Cole”
“What an unforgettable night! Our server Mateo was absolutely amazing- so attentive, knowledgeable, and fun! Everything we had, from their signature drinks to the apps, enters and dessert was PHENOMENAL!!! Will definitely be back soon!”
“Best seafood in St. Augustine! Just had to go back and DJ’s didn’t disappoint!! We always try restaurants from Diners, Dine-ins and Dives:Party of 5The Maine Lobster roll was on a garlic butter roll. Super fresh and filled with so much lobster. Gotta get it, it’s amazing! 2 rolls for us, lol.And the Garlic Steamed Middle Necks, were so good especially with garlic bread to soak up the juices. The Fried Shrimp are lightly breaded and a great size. This came with sweet potato fries and maple mayo which was so, so good. Also be sure to try the Garlic Shrimp Roll on a toasted butter bun. Seasoned and cooked to perfection.Oh and the clam chowder is a home run! The kids dug into the chowder too. There is a great kids menu with PB&J, hot dogs, and more.. but the kiddos had fish tacos, which they left nothing behind.Sending a shoutout to Kaleb, Jake, and Davida! Super fast service and a spotless establishment.FYI there’s lots of seating outside & inside upstairs. Can’t wait to go back for the next round!!Kid-friendliness: There is a great kids menu with PB&J and a Hot Dog amongst other options. It’s a great family friendly atmosphere for any age, including the kiddos!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp that takes you right into the restaurant. There is plenty of seating with ease for those needing wheelchair accessibility.”
“Kassie was our waitress tonight. Food was great, service was great. Drinks stayed full with refills and we were check on throughout our meal. I ordered a burger and my husband also. Both were cooked to order. Thank you John (manager) for making sure our burgers were exactly as we ordered and thank you Kassie for the great service.”
“Traveled 5 hours from Pensacola to come try Llama, we read it was on the top 100 restaurants in the country. Fantastic food, atmosphere and staff! Everything was amazing start to finish! Definitely recommend for an amazing food experience!”
“LOVED the brisket and tried the turkey for the first time tonight and it was amazing as well. Thank you as well for always being kind and caring when we visit. We will be back again and again!!”
“We frequent St. Augustine for an evening out about once a month from Mandarin (Jacksonville). We had the grilled mahi with grit cakes and grilled chicken spring risotto for dinner tonight. Fantastic food (kudos to the chef) and great attentive service. I also enjoyed 2 of their Manhattans which were as good as the ones that I had in New York!! Highly recommend this restaurant!!!!!”
“The product here I find to be one of a kind. Their gourmet popsicles are awesome. I've tried all different flavors, including the boozy ones. So many flavors to choose from too. If you have any questions, the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. This location is very cute as well. Right in the touristy section of old town.”
“Very nice authentic Italian experience. Immediately upon walking in I knew this would be exceptional. Frank Sinatra playing in the background added to the relaxed ambience.I had the Veal Parmason and side of Angele Hair Pasta. For Dessert, Salted caramel Gelato. My server JoJo ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐This is a family owned business tucked away at the end of the shopping center. I came here around 3pm and was seated immediately. I would recommend calling ahead for reservations if you're coming here for dinner. This place is that good! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“In the quaint town of St. Augustine, FL, you can find this cocktail bar near the beach. The ambiance inside can be described as vintage elegance, with cozy additional seating outside. But what truly stole my heart was the bird cage out front, a great spot that practically begs for a photo op! The drinks were nothing short of spectacular. Each cocktail was crafted with meticulous care and precision, showcasing a perfect balance of flavors and creativity. From classics to innovative concoctions, every sip was a delight. While we didn't indulge in the food offerings this time around, I have no doubt that they're equally impressive. However, the drinks alone are reason enough to pay this place a visit.”
“You walk in and it almost doesn't feel like a restaurant. It feels like you're walking into your buddies house. It has such a cozy atmosphere. The food was fresh, made to order, and was made with care. You can feel the owners passion in each sandwich. 10/10 experience both times I have been in. PS The chocolate chip cookies are mind blowing.”
“Quick bite a couple nights ago with the kiddo at The Grilled Cheese Gallery downtown! They take grilled cheese to another level. We tried one with Mac & cheese, chicken, chipotle sauce and one with Brie, bacon, raspberry & balsamic glaze. They were both delicious and the people there were super friendly! Kids Mac & cheese (not picture) was a really good portion and equally good! The homemade hibiscus lemonade? was good as well!Kid-friendliness: Kids mac & cheese was a great portion, she loved it and she felt very comfortable eating there!”

“Every aspect of this dining experience was awesome! The staff was welcoming, the food was great, the waitress was on point! I had to review, this place is under great management.”
“Fun place to eat! Love the boards and there honestly made Bourbon is amazing! A bit pricey but you get what you pay for! Great entertainment! Only issue was it's a small restaurant and very loud! Had fun!”
“We had a great evening at Prohibition with our server Tuesday! Tuesday made our first evening in St Augustine lots of fun! Including the brownie milkshake!! Kudos to Tuesday!!”
“Nice on the edge of the town restaurant with great seating options inside and out. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly and attentive. We ate on a Sunday night and a lot less people in town. We really enjoyed all the food. Recommend the escargots and roasted chicken dish. The Chocolate lava cake was a nice finish to the meal.”
“After a hot day at the beach, a walk downtown St George, and just looking for an ice cream shop for my niece, we serendipitously came across the Castillo ice cream and coffee shop. The Castillo is a quaint, delightful shop, with a relaxing atmosphere, poised just across from the Castillo de San Marco Fort with a calming view. The iced vanilla latte was one of the best I’ve ever sampled in a while. The owner, who was working today, was extremely helpful and truly delightful! This locally owned business is well maintained, with superb quality, and plenty of menu options to choose from.- A must visit for the ice cream enthusiast or the coffee aficionado!”
“The food is delicious, drinks are fantastic, and service is wonderful. (The tofu banh mi is my top pick.) I traveled here from Jacksonville 3 weekends in a row because they got me hooked. ?Vegetarian options: Everything is vegetarian. :)Dietary restrictions: They are friendly to those who are gluten free due to celiac or otherwise.Kid-friendliness: They can make options kid friendly if you ask. :)”
“The place was recommended by my son as "best food ever". Please don't judge a book by its cover- this restaurant and Gregorio were by far one away one of the best places we have eaten. Service was perfect... he could not have been more attentive. Although the surroundings did not reflect the quality of food- I highly recommend ANYONE go here to have the best Columbian food!! Don't overlook this diamond in the rough! Also very, very reasonably priced.”
“Apr 2024: Came here on a Monday night and sat on the rooftop. Beautiful views. Rooftop is first come first serve and grab a seat anywhere. They have a different food menu up there (less expensive). We ordered the lobster pizza and filet pizza. Both were excellent. The filet pizza had a lot of steak on it. Also ordered an old fashioned which was great. I would recommend this place and come back.”
“Has a birthday dinner for my sister last night. We had a great outside table near the street. Shannon, our waiter was flawless all night. Attentive, patient, informative and very pleasant. The food was outstanding, meatloaf, pork schnitzel, and eggplant parm were all delicious. Shannon brought a birthday chocolate cake per my request with a candle in it, GREAT! Thank you”
“We went with friends and found great service and fresh fish perfectly cooked. We had the Mahi and our friends had lobster rolls that looked fantastic. The portions are generous and their Sangria is very tasty too!”
“For the sea food lovers, I highly recommend the octopus tacos AlPastor!! Super delicious !! And super nice staff and very clean environment. I highly recommend this place if you are in the mood for some Mexican food.”
“Had a great early dinner. Super cool server. The food was excellent. The pulled pork sandwich was packed full. The 1/2 lb hot dog with chili n cheese was kick booty! Wings were cooked to perfection and the ceaser salad was huge! Oh and the chili cheese fries were huge (we shred between three of us).”
“Some of the best tacos I’ve had in a while. Lots of flavor at about $5-$6 apiece. Felt like lots of locals eat there. Have outdoor seating so I could bring my dog!! You order with cashier and they bring food to your table. Chips are pretty delicious too. I’d recommend it as a very good option in a tourist town - especially if you are tired of deep fried seafood and burgers/fries…”
“My daughter enjoyed spending her 15th birthday here for an hour with the cats. I do think $11 is a little much to pet some cats for an hr... You can visit a whole zoo for $13 in Chattanooga...or a petting zoo pretty much anywhere for just a few dollars more...The room is small and definitely feels crowded when full. But that said, if it's your thing, I think you'll enjoy it.”
“What a great little local restaurant. Very friendly, great hot club sub, great vibe. We will be back. Glad to see that they had a huge crowd. They said the pizza is delicious.”
